Hotel NuVe Heritage

Room was clean, layout was good, bed was comfortable, shower was good (when it had hot water).

2 Nights without hot water. Fire alarm malfunction evacuated building at 3:30AM.

Excellent location; very close to 3 MRT stations. Free drinks and snacks provided in the fridge.

Lack of windows and see-through bathroom doors could be off putting for some. I was more bothered by the lack of hair conditioner as an amenity when they had everything else, including toothbrushes, slippers, comb, and even a bathroom scale!

The location of the hotel is very centrally located for the price

The service by the staff when things go wrong leaves much to be desired. The guest is left to solve problems on their own.

The staff was the best. They helped every way they could, and we're always pole and friendly, like all real Singaporeans. Our room was the Photographer Suite, kind of artistic, converted loft. Location is excellent for Bugis Street and quick ride to the domes. They offer a modest but free mini bar with snacks and some basic drinks.

The room was hugely overpriced, for starters. The hotel does not have the category to charge you like a 4 or 5 star. In fact, I found the same room in two other platforms for half the price. The hotel blames this platform for this, and Booking won't price match because we found out less than 24 hours before arrival. Convenient, foolish of me. The master bed in the bedroom, moving forward, was cotton mattress, and it's possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, full of lumps and bumps.Overall, I felt like I could have paid a few more dollars and go to a proper hotel.

Everything was clean and modern. Lovely check in and check out service. Great location.

The room was tiny. Bathroom seemed renovated while room was more dilapidated. Overall worth it for the value and great if you are just sleeping in the room.

The two female front office staff were great. The one front office guy we encountered was abrupt and not very helpful. There is no food served now at this place and since renovations the place has no ambience.

The bed was not comfortable, if you didn't notice the sign above the front door you would miss the place. It is dark at the bar area and saw very few people there during our stay. Housekeeping sloppy and mould in the shower.

Modern and clean hotel a street away from the infamous Raffles. Room very small but expected for Singapore! Would recomm

The location was the main attraction.

The room was smaller than expected, and I was surprised there was no restaurant. The drink prices at the bar were expensive even by Singapore standards. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was disappointing.

The free mini bar was great. Liked the quirky bar entrance. Staff were lovely. The room was clean. The coffee pod machine was a nice touch.

Room and bathroom very small. I wasn’t aware there was no restaurant until I arrived. Outrageous prices at the bar. Nearly 30SGD for a gin and tonic!

Great location, complementary minibar, very clean

Clean, great location and staff are very helpful. Also, the items in the mini bar are free which is very uncommon at other hotels. The receptionist helped me print something for free and they also allowed a later check out with no extra charge.

The rooms are on the smaller side

Great location, and lovely staff. Also lots of snacks including a free mini bar in the room which was refreshed daily.Room was small, student room style, but perfectly formed with everything that you need. Great for a solo traveller.

Cannot think of any particular negative. No restaurant at the property so no breakfast available, however snacks and mini bar available and plenty of small cafés within a few metres of the property.

Very good hotel, I booked it midnight on before the day of checkin after confirming availability for early - checkin. And they gladly offered.Only downside was that there was no daylight coming into the room. So I overslept both days?.Special thanks to Jay for the good service.

Hotel staff were really friendly. Rooms are a lot smaller than looked on pictures and didn't have windows, so felt claustrophobic. As we were only staying there for 3 nights, it wasn't a problem but would have found it difficult if we had booked longer. Overall a lovely stay.

Well located and very helpful staff.

Extremely small rooms but it is normal in the country, the fire alarm sounded twice annoying a lot (once early in the morning). The walls are very thin and you can listen to everything outside and in the other rooms. The staff was cleaning in the next room early in the morning and it woke up. Not too much rest to be honest.
