We enjoyed our stay very much for the one night at the Hilton. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Also, the room was very clean and spacious. Your hotel kept up very high standards.

No, not really. However, I wish they had a jaccuzzi Hot Tub to relax in.

Location is key.We love spending time at the Botanic Garden, and to get there, we walk - a healthier option!It's also close to Dempsey Hill, a nice place to hang out and to dine and eat durian.Not to mention its closeness to a number of shopping malls, the best in town.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with all the different choices. I loved that we were able to try various foods from different cultures. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. The location was awesome, close to public transportation and different malls.

It is in Orchid Rd, where all the shopping and eating facilities located. We just walked everywhere and took an MRT when we need it. So strategic and easy to find.

I probably think the room is a bit dated and not easy to pair the TV with my device to watch Netflix.

i liked overall comfort feel of the hotel. welcoming lobby, we booked a suite. overall area was quite good for a suite. breakfast quality was super good . my kids got welcome stuffed toys and a free cheesecake voucher. staff was very helpful all the time. I think price was little too high but may be its normal for Singapore.

I like the location.. it is very accessible to the mall and other shops. Breakfast is amazing ! 10/10

The fact that they dont accept other currencies including US Dollars, its a hassle for some people who dont have singaporean dollar at the moment, luckily the staff are helpful :D

There was good cooperation from the reception and the staff in general.They consistently asked about our satisfaction with the stay and made efforts to resolve any issues.

There were not enough chairs available in the reception area—only enough seating for seven people.The water provided in the rooms was through a filtered water system, which was inconvenient and made it necessary to purchase bottled water daily for my family.The furniture and room were very old and in need of renovation.The bathroom was not clean upon arrival and did not meet the expected standards.The breakfast options for Gulf visitors were extremely limited.There is also an issue with luggage handling—the staff is few in number and elderly, which meant we had to carry our own bags.Would I choose to stay at this hotel again? No.

Check-in Issues and Long Wait Times

Check-in was frustrating, our reservation wasn’t properly updated, and a payment issue delayed us for 45 minutes before we could access our room. After a long-haul flight, you expect a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay, but this was far from it. Overall, not a pleasant start to the stay.

Everything I had an amazing experience at voco Hotel — the service was outstanding and made my stay truly memorable. I especially want to highlight the morning breakfast — the selection, the quality, and the warm, attentive staff made every morning a great start to the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay in Singapore.

The congee at the breakfast buffet at Oscar’s in the Lobby wasn’t hot enough, it was lukewarm. Please ensure the congee is hot. Thanks
