Very small room,but the price very expensive

Hotel lift need to repair well

Disappointing

1.The hot shower not working...2.TV no channel3.The room were damn small

I was afraid of bugs and cockroaches. Thanks to K Hotel 14 I am no longer afraid of cockroaches since I was sleeping with them.Every time I woke up, there were cockroaches all over me and now I understand they can also be friendly ?.

Ac is not working properly and I asked the staff member I need extents for the time but he said no more room then I have moved to neighbouring apartments

We were upgraded to a suite which very comfortable and roomy. Excellent service ? from all the staff we encountered

Alcohol prices were steep, if not for happy hour 2 for 1 we would not have paid the prices.

I suggest to staff stay one night .no one’s can use that typ of pillow for sleep ? my Shoulder getting pain for pillow blanket was so small and thin like single person blanket, even don’t have hot water for shower ??

What good thing about the hotel is near airport and mid city. Affordable only 59 Sgd per night and easy to book.Room is good mid size.

Downside is room smell cigarettes. 1 small blanket and too thin( micro fiber type).doesn’t have coffee or tea in small packet, you need to bring your own. They do have cup and kettle. No toothbrush

My father passed away in your hotel he wasn’t feeling well and there were no receptionist after 7pm to 9 am to be contacted with, we kept calling all night since my father wasn’t feeling well but noone picked up the phone we just wanted to send dome staff to his room incase he needed medical any medical attention we had to send someone else who lives 2 hours away from your hotel until she reached it was already too late i wish i shouldn’t have booked this hotel for my father i even booked an extension of the day he died 4 December 2024

Although the hotel was old, I can say that they still prioritise cleanliness of the rooms.

It’s just that laundries were everywhere on your way to your room. Also the staff not approachable and the surroundings quite not safe.

Water heater worked well compared to neighboring hotels.was pretty quiet and had a small working table next to the bed.blanket was cozy and soft.

bed was tiny, you wouldn't believe how small it was until you've seen it for yourself.pretty sure some bigger people wouldn't even fit on the bed, it was the kind of couch bed you'd find in a camper van for a teenager. The sides were walls too so you couldn't even stretch your limbs out.

Its a very bad place.l will not refer anyone there noone is at the reception .Noone will help you with bags

Very greedy hotel owner

I paid S$266/night (300 Australian dollars). The room was so dirty. The bedding was smelly. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom etc. I had a chat with a taxi driver about this and he told me "it's because of the F1 game and the number of hotels is way short to accommodate all the visitors to that game." In normal season, the price for the hotel room ranges between S$50 and 60, said the driver.

Nothing satisfied. This is an awful place. I can't believe this is happened in Singapore.

The inconsistency in pricing feels deceptive, and the unsanitary environment(there were numerous cockroaches) is unacceptable. I urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns. Based on my experience, I believe the hotel should temporarily close to resolve these critical issues and ensure a better standard for future guests.I hope to receive a prompt response and resolution regarding this matter.

Everything, the beds makes so much noise, the washroom is so small, like no existing. Dirty bed sheets and blankets

The WiFi didn’t work. Even I informed to the receptionist I didn’t get a good response.

The hotel is very conveniently located as it is close to public transport and central. King size bed. Open 24/7. Friendly reception staff. The AC in our room was very powerful.

You could check in after hours because they have reception next door at K Hotel 12

It was okay. Old and the rooms were small but it was passable if you were just going to sleep there

We didn't like anything, you better sleep outside with the rats

They didn't cleaned the room in 4 days, not even changing the towels. Everything was dirty, you have to take the shower with the toilet between your legs in 1sq m. The Air Cond. not worked properly. Totally a waste of money (a lot of money) AND THE LAST BUT NOT LEAST, YOU NEED TO SHARE THE HOTEL WITH SOME FRIENDLY RATS, LIKE IN PRISON

Room is very narrow. Air conditioning is very poor. Smelly and dirty.

The check in guy was nice

The room was too small and I felt extremely claustrophobic. The bed was also rock solid and so difficult to sleep. The AC was also temperamental
