K Hotel 12

Window can't close tightly and can hear noise from outside; air-condition not functioning well, very warm in the room

The front desk was helpful.

The shower in our room was broken when we checked-in, they should've have checked it first before assigning the room to the guest. The Housekeeping barely clean the room and snobbish. The walls in the room were dirty and stained not same as the pictures.

Excellent location but the hair dry was not working properly.

The ease of check in, including the location

- says that we have hair blower: none- the bathroom is painted and is chipping off- when you take a shower more paint came chipped off- there's a problem with leaking aircondition which got resolved however they should've check this first beforehand- only one key card available, which means if someone needs to go out while the others are taking a rest, you won't be able to- and no bidet ?

Leaking toilet, water all over the toilet floor. Tub wasn’t clean as well. Location was good.

Couldn't find anything

Have a smell in the hotel, look different from picture plus feel uneasy staying in the hotel.

There was no breakfast

Their room was not up to the mark . Very less standard room. Poor lightings and very unhygienic room yuck. Never coming back

There is not much to stay about the hotel other than it is good budget hotel for a group of people.

Very noise neighborhood and a little bit dirty bathroom.

Fairly fine for our plans

Facilities/Cleanliness no enough, Far from station we didn’t realised

THE ROOM IS AS PER THE PRICE, WE SLEPT GOOD ENOUGH AND THE AC IS GOOD. NOTHING SPECIAL SINCE IT IS A BUDGET ROOM ANYWAYS, BUT ALL IN ALL ITS OK. ADDITIONALLY THEY CAN FIX THE BATHTUB DRAIN SO GUEST CAN USE IT.

NO BATHTUB DRAIN SO GUEST CANNOT USE IT. ALSO GOOD THING IF THERE IS A 2 KEY CARD SO NEED NEED TO ASK HELP FROM THE FRONT DESK IF NEEDED TO ENTER ROOM AGAIN IF SOMEONE IS LEFT INSIDE SLEEPING AND THE OTHER GUEST WENT OUT FOR BUYING SOME THINGS.

Air Conditioner

Wet Floor when we checked in. TWO plugs for a group of six ? . Aloof front desk .Smells like an old hospital.Yeah ?

Good location for what we wanted, not too far from the Airport and a short bus ride to the main City attractions. Very pleasant surrounding neighbourhood. Shower and aircon were excellent.

It was all a bit drab looking. But I guess that is how the cost is kept down.

Can't recommended

Old hotel, dirty and hot water did not work. Air con was not working properly

Location is good

Smelly Bed sheet and dirty room

The Aircon working very well.

The toilet very dirty. Bath tube also very dirty. Wifi sucks.

price was okay

very dirty, mold everywhere. ants everywhere and stains everywhere. toilet leaks. they offer a refund of S$ 20 if you give them a 5 star review.

Good location in terms of public transport; very close walk to a nearby bus stop (about 2-4 minutes walk) which is in front of a 7-Eleven. Decent for what we paid for since it was a last minute trip, and it was fairly comfortable. Our room looked older than the listed, however the rooms are clean. Air conditioning and water heater worked well, and the rooms had some packaged drinking water and toothbrush/toothpaste provided for free. Our bathroom came with a bathtub which was a pleasant surprise. Their check-in was still open until late at night (we checked in at 11.30pm) and the staff was happy to help us even then.

Rooms are not very soundproof; there were some workers living on the same floor so we could hear them in the morning and at night (not very loud, so it was still okay).

no breakfast, not comfy to stay for vacation, ai like only the location

the space and the room is very congested

Friendly stuff

Old bathroom, floor gets wet no mop insite

Last minute availability

Small, uncomfortable, hot, sketchy
