ST Signature Bugis Beach

The location is very close to MRT and nearby attractions

The facilities are old. The Aircon is very very noisy. The roomIs also very small.

Location was great, staff were friendly

Hot water in the bathroom was hot only for 5 min and turned cold afterwards. Found a cockroach in the bathroom as well.No clothes hanger to hang clothes or towels. Door/walls were very thin and had no soundproofing at all. We could hear occupants from the other rooms talking and their kid screaming (although this is more of a luck issue I guess).

Location was ok

Poor and run down condition and slightly unhygienic, air con was very noisy and also various noises from noisy neighbours on every corner due to bad sound proof and such condition disturbed my sleep severely. Asked for a better room, the given new room was very smelly… it is torturing to stay

I enjoyed the location, the street is quiet but there are plenty of places to eat nearby and not too far from the Center.

The room is quite small, the TV remote control had no battery. The Check-in is complicated, and need to install an app to open the room, check-in etc.

Staff very helpful. Good value room.

Noisy building work opposite all night long

Staff are very friendly, cool behavior, immediately assist if needed anything.

About the room very small , hard stay 4ppl this tiny room no space for walk even , I think better take out 2 single bed and the washroom need door lock ,

My son and husband both got sick due to the water taken from the common kitchen. It was really bad (they vomitted a lot and had diarrhea and got high fever)We believe the water is contaminated. Only my husband and son got sick because I did not drink there. It could be the dispenser, maybe it's too contaminated and they don't clean it. We just didnt have time to complain at the hotel because it was already our flight. Good that my husband got better 3 hrs before the flight. He was so sick for almost 5 hrs on our last day. Throwed up for like 10x! Please do something about this concern so no one will experience the same in the future.

The staff was very helpful and easy to reach. The rooms were well taken care off with no leakages in the bathroom. The tea and coffee upstairs was good. The free water available was good as well. Excellent service.

I didn't like the fact that the facility didn't provide proper breakfast.

I brought my visually impaired aunt to SG for some tests and check-ups so I purposely chose this place coz it's near the hospital. The small room size turned out to be an unexpected blessing as it helped her navigate around (just a few steps from bed to bathroom).Hosting teams are super nice, they even let me use the other nearby ST Signature Hotel facilities when I needed to work late at night. Much appreciated. Then there's the free tea, coffee, milk and stuff at the kitchen on level 6 which helped us out quite a bit when my aunt wanted a quick meal fixing in the middle of the night.All in all, a great place for business trips if you want to swing by SG to get stuff done instead of sightseeing as it provides the most bang for your buck.

The smart key app is laggy, both I and my brother started having trouble with it after 2nd day and had to input PIN manually for the rest of our stay there. Defo needs some improvements there.And the kitchen is WAAYYY smaller than it looks in the photos. Still functional and provides great value especially if you travel with some picky eaters, but yeah, don't get your hope too high just bcoz of the photos, they use a huge ass mirror to make it looks bigger, lol.Frankly, if you go to SG for vacation or leisure purposes I'd say pick the other ST Signature Hotel right across the street. This place is great for either someone travels on a budget or just wanna get things done and doesn't mind a lil bit of cramped space.

Free hazzle with self check in. Room is clean and have small kitchen. Hotel located in good location. Only few minutes walk to Bugis MRT and a lot of restaurants. Very convenient.

Room is a bit small but okay it is clean and the bed is comfy.

I like the location

I didn't like the air conditioning,it was noisy. The hotel is surrounded with construction works at midnight and l couldn't sleep.

We are Muslim and no many choice for us for meals.The location is strategic .Near to MRT station and public transport such bus or grab.Can view nice building during walking to Arab Street Bugis station area.Weather is not suitable to walk in the afternoon. You have option to wear sunglasses or hat.

Great location to everything, especially some great places to eat. Compact room, was comfortable.

Complicated check in process that had to be completed online with all sorts of photo checks etc when receptionist standing right there.

Front Desk person in the Evening Ms.Vinthia was very helpful and kind to answer all queries. She was very efficient with the checking in process.

Too much noise in the corridor by other guest, housekeeping staff and the lift noise was too loud as well. The cabin is a bit tiny and if two people are to accommodate the space will be a challenge not to bump into each other.

it was convenient to travel by MRT and it is located near a variety of malls and restaurants where we could spend the rest of the day in.

the walls are very very thin you can hear everything, there’s no ventilation in the rooms without windows so after a shower the whole room is damp and smells damp, not enough room for more then one person

The room is really cramped unlike in the photos, the walls are moldy, the smell is like air freshener mixed with cigarette smoke, hot water is not working, and the walls are really thin I could hear giggling and coughing from like three rooms away at 3am, I couldn’t sleep at all.

To be honest there's nothing that I liked about this hotel, the entrance is located on the back of restaurant kitchens full of trash, its disgusting outside and inside.

The room had stained floors, the show only offered hot water for 20 seconds at a time, the room is tiny, the bed was partially under a windowsill. The bed sheets and mattress were the cheapest possible as it felt mega cheap and not comfortable. The check in system is a not by any means frictionless. Huge tip, book yourself a Ibis, its half the price and totally worth it even if you have to catch a 20 min bus to the city. The difference of quality and comfort is night from day. If you book it, you will deeply regret it, I thought my tolerance thrash hold was high and endured even though I read some negative comments, I was wrong, you will totally want to take back the booking but you can't they will not refund.
