Absolutely love the location, and the room was beautiful, and was expected.

Fair warning that the family room requires you to go up a flight of stairs. The projector that is in the room is also only in Chinese and there seems to be no way to change the language to English. On top of that, no phone is provided in the room.

Budget hotel,good location and service that's what you get. Middle of Chinatown,near Tourist destination,MRT and bus stations and lots of Convenience stores. Tiny space with basic amenities.

Bathroom shower for the Superior room is too wet after wash up. The elevator is out of order while I have to struggle with my few luggage down 2 floor while leaving. Too much noise can be heard from the next room.

Excellent location in Chinatown near MRT. The style of the hotel is nice.

The location is great! Few minutes walk to MRT and Maxwell Hawkers. It's in China Town so there's a lot of food stalls and souvenir shops nearby.

I like it but if you are someone who doesn't like durian, be informed that there's a lot of durian sellers just outside the hotel.

The hotel facilities met all my needs during my stay: a comfortable bed, and although the room was small, it offered excellent value for money. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and all the staff were very friendly. The cleanliness was impeccable. The internet connection worked quickly. The best thing, without a doubt, was the location in the heart of Chinatown, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and murals, and just 5 minutes from the subway, which connects to all the tourist attractions. .

We stayed as a family of 4, one night and it was the cheapest option. Didn't expect more, but the room exceeded our expectations. There was 1 bulk bed, but the space(both 2 levels) was enough for 2 people each. The room is small, but it is very fancy, has a transparent shower(you can switch it off) and a projector. There is also a slide from level 2. Kids were happy with this hotel, they couldn't slide or watch YouTube on the big screen in expensive hotels, but here it is possible.

Some noise from the street, it stopped after 22.00

Location is close to public transportation and to famous tourist spots. I did not avail of brekfast provided by the property. The room's size is decent to party of 3-4.

The trail panel on the floor where the sliding door runs causes multiple tripping that maybe painful especial to PWD's. The persons occupying on the bed on the bottom section can't watch clearly the projector-type of television. Also, the tiles are painful when you stepped onto it, needs footwear when you shower.

The location itself is excellent, right in the heart of Chinatown, with an MRT station just across the road, making it very convenient for getting around.

There is a bar nearby that plays loud music, so noise can be heard from the room and it may be difficult to sleep until the bar closes.

The convenience of being just walkable to the train station.

The room is a bit compact, which limits space for our luggage. Additionally, the location is somewhat difficult to find, and it lacks windows for ventilation.

The shower frequently ran out of hot water, but not a huge issue.

Their receptionists are friendly and approachable, same as the house keeping staffs. Amenities like the spacious lounge/pantry area is very good. Rooms are clean and nice. The location is superb, just minutes away from 2 big hawker centres like Maxwell and Chinatown Complex, also just minutes away from MRT stations.

Can't beat this hotel for location. Super convenient in the middle of Chinatown. Value for money and surprisingly comfortable. Will be going back.
