Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard, Singapore

Staff and services

The construction all around, gets noisy, and sometimes into the night.

Location. Overall size of room and in room amenities.

Property is very clean & hygienic , awesome location food places are just a doorstep away .

On the public holidays no breakfast & no cleaning

Location, room quality, spa, pool, breakfast

Property was centrally located and everything you needed is within reach. Near shopping centers, hospitals, and there are also a lot of restaurants nearby. It’s also plus that the unit has a kitchen and washer dryer.

Non so far.

The property offered a well-equipped meeting room, an excellent location, and generously sized guest rooms.

The cleanliness of the room could have been improved. The bathroom lighting was not ideal for applying makeup, and there was no wall mirror. Additionally, the lobby felt small, and its open design made the humidity noticeable.

Wonderful apartment. Great beds, facilities, spa, gym, location. It is hard to beat.

The location is great, and the roo was very clean.

There is. o breakfast on Sundays. although we did pay for breakfast on our stay. This is not mentioned on their listing.

Great location, Spacious and clean

Only breakfast is available, no restaurant and no vegetarian options at all

Great location right next to Somerset MRT station (NS line) and Orchard rd shopping. Great staff and quick to respond to our needs. Breakfast good with very friendly staff.

No breakfast on sundays. Some issues with AC and an unsteady temperature.

Location was great. Room was spacious and clean. Ideal for a family with a baby. Because our room had a living room and a separate bedroom, we were able to continue our evening without waking up our 5 month old baby.

We did not like the airconditioning. It was hard for us to regulate the bedroom temperature; either too cold or too warm, there was to in between.

Fully equipped very convenient right next to mrt

Great location at city center, above subway station. Big clean, well equipped room.Nice breakfast.Friendly staff .Great value for money.

Non

The apartment was spacious, the location was excellent, the breakfast was good, the front desk and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room temperate for the living space appeared to be preset at 24 degree Celsius. It got a little warm for our son as he was sleeping on the rollaway bed in the living room.

Location and amenities are the key reasons for choosing. Stayed many times here over last decade with family. But getting expensive day by day.

The nearby constructions noise are coming thru the doors at level 5. Should be more sound proofing.

I liked the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very near shops, restaurants and city center.

Breakfast could have had more options.

EverythingGreat location and staff, room was perfect for us and the baby

Not our first time! Great location and staff. Rooms are generous sized and ac is great! Comfy beds and pillows.

Ac was noisy at random times throughout the night which was not good for the kids. Night Road works outside was very loud and all night long.

Perfect Location and staff was really kind and helpful. Lots of things to do in the neighbourhood and perfectly situated for tourists. Apartment had everything we need and was spacious and modern. Pool was big enough for sports swimming and the spa was a perfect bonus!

A/C was hard to adjust since it kept getting back to 21 degrees instead of 24. But maybe it was just for our unit. Everything else was close to perfect.

Room was comfortable and the location cannot be beat. The staff as always was friendly and responsive to requests. Particularly front desk representative Meacha.

Housekeeping was good with towels but didn't refresh the other amenities like hand lotion and coffee supplies.
