Excellent location, rich breakfast, fine facilities, and most important, value for money. Staff was also very helpful, smiling and accommodating. The check in was smooth and they have given us the room right away though we arrived quite earlier than the standard check-in time without any charge (which we highly appreciated, coming from a very long and tiresome flight).

I can't think of anything we didn't like ! Thumps up for this hotel.

Electricity outlets are not compatible with North American and European devices. So I had trouble charging my iPhone even though I brought a travel adaptor with me, and the room had USB-C ports. According to ChatGPT, "Singapore is hot and very humid. Humidity + pocket lint = poor electrical contact of USB-C ports. iPhone detects unstable current → cuts charging immediately for safety. This happens a lot in Southeast Asia." This is not an issue specific to this hotel. It happened in two other hotels I stayed at in Thailand.

Room was great but aircon did not go below 20o. With the duvet, it was very hot at night.Location could not be better. Right in from of Marina and main amenities. Mall and metro were at walking distance indoor.Breakfast was awesome and staff did all required to make it brilliant.

Had a wonderful family stay, everything was just perfect. The location is absolutely amazing, minutes away from major attractions, restaurants & easy to get around, which made our trip with family so convenient and stress free. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive & always ready to help!From the welcoming atmosphere to the excellent service, it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience and a great location ??

The room air-conditioning was not very good, and the bedroom and TV area were not on the same line, which affected our rest and sleep.The bed pillows were also too soft for our preference.Overall, I would rate the stay 4/10.On the positive side, the shower water pressure was very good, and the location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and food.We were a little disappointed because we traveled with two children, and the reception informed us that the lion soft toy is only provided for travel agency bookings. This made our kids quite sad that day.However, we do appreciate that the reception staff kindly gave them chocolate when one of our kids cried, which was thoughtful and caring.Overall, please keep it up.Hopefully, on our next trip to Singapore, we will choose Fairmont Hotel again.

Loved the stay. You can't change the thermostat lower than 21C and when you get out of the room the AC turns off and yoh have to restart it and wait for a while for the room too cool off. Singapore is to hot to have to deal with waiting for the room too cool off?!

Location. Nice rooms and amenities. Great service. Very good housekeeping. Strong water pressure.

No bidet. TVs arent SMART. Couldnt play YouTube or Netflix. Other than that, room is complete with all that you need. Even water filtration

The hotel location is amazing , it has a mall attached to it as well as the metro station. The room size is very good and clean. The breakfast is amazing they have two restaurants for breakfast, the Asian market for halal food ( which I highly recommend) as well as the international buffet which was nice as well. We asked to change the view of the room and they were very kind to do so. We also asked for a late checkout and they were very kind to do so. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning was very good as well.The location is very good.

The location was excellent and the room was comfortable. Staff were generally helpful during the stay.

After checking out, I was overcharged, and despite contacting the hotel, I have still not received a refund after more than a month. This has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected a quicker resolution from a hotel of this standard.

Beautiful location and top notch hotel. We happened to stay at a busy conference time but even with that, the service was perfection. The staff are super friendly and warm. The housekeeping team are exceptional, I really appreciated the pillow concierge as well. Honestly, I felt like we were royalty. We have 2 young children and they would run through making noise, I mean toddlers being toddlers. The staff were super friendly and always smiling at us. My daughter turned 5 on this trip and the exceptional housekeeping lady left us with a handwritten note wishing my daughter a happy birthday, and a fairmont little cuddly toy, Thank you Shwe Sin for making our stay that much more special. Thank you for your hard work and passion and the smiles you brought to every interaction with our children. Thank you!!

The breakfast good was mediocre. Food tastes plain.

The service at the breakfast was too slow. 20 Minute wait to get the dishes removed or another cup of coffee is way too long.

Location and convenience

The runner open the door after pressing 2 times door bells when the “do not disturb “ sign is on. Waken by another doorbells sounds and banging of doors at 11 plus at night , to reply it was next door.Delivery of birthday cake at check out date at 1151am when check out is 1200.

Room was great- spacious enough for family of 4 (with cot in room) Very clean and all staff were extremely helpful & politeBreakfast was excellent with variety of options and the extra touches like separate plates & cutlery for children was very nice.Access to mall and other dining options was wonderful too!Would definitely pick the Fairmont for our next stay in Singapore
