When early with the kid, hence asked for early check-in, the staff were very rude. Though they had vacant rooms, they denied early check-in. I have asked for only one room for one hour just for refresh ourselves but they denied it. They charged extra $30 for 2 hours. When we asked the bill for GST refund, they didnt give the bill and asked to contact booking.com.Staff were very rude and not polite.

I was shocked by the two tiny twin beds that look like for kids. The mattress is too firm. There is only one small about 4' tall standalone closet with a few unremovable hangers. The wall has 3 fixed hooks for wet towels. The bathroom, should say toilet, has a small rack above the toilet bowl for dry bath towels or may be.clothes, a basic sink and a shower head is installed by the the toilet bowl, no separation so once showered, everything in the toilet got wet from wall to floor. Water seeped outside too. Then you cannot wear shoes to go in. There is a single soap container for both hair and body. It's insane. How hard or expensive to provide shampoo & body wash? Only 2 medium size worn out bath towels. They controlled the AC lowest temperature and the TV's highest volume but that's fine. There are one coffee mix & one milk tea mix. What if both customers want morning coffee? This is only a one star motel.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable — perfect for a short stay. Location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to MRT stations and local food spots around Little India and Bugis. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. There’s no breakfast provided, but plenty of great eateries nearby. Overall, a good value option for travelers on a budget.

Location was good and staff were pleasant to deal with.

A minifridge and a place to hang clothes would be nice. There was no shower screen, and the windows were blocked, so you could not open it.

The location is good and close to public transit. Front desk staff were polite.

This is a budget hotel and is very basic. However the hotel could use some updating. There was little to no hot water in our shower. The hotel is very noisy and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. There were people waiting in the lobby at all hours of the day. I would probably not stay here again and spend a little more money for a more comfortable place.

The staff were exceptionally helpful towards us. They went beyond their job descriptions in order to facilitate us.

AC was controlled at reception level hence we need to call them twice to fix it.

The location was great. Clean. Responsive, polite and helpfull staff.

No windows or fresh air. Aircon was unresponsive, sometimes too cold. Hot water didnt last long in the shower. No bar fridge.

Location is good. Very near to MRT. Hot water is there. Complimentary tea & coffee. filtered drinking water supply.

The Lobby is very very small with one sofa! We went there very early in the morning but the staffs were very strict did not allow us to rest in a room. We waited 5 hours in that tiny sofa! The room had one CLOSED window! Only a ALL purpose body WASH they provide. ONE shower & that's it. No breakfast. In this hotel you can just sleep & have a shower. No chair in the room. No sandals.

Booked for 2 nights. Checked out after 1 night. The combination of (a) air-con that wasn't cool enough and couldn't be controlled from within the room and (b) the small oppressive room (no operational windows) and tiny bathroom made it extremely unpleasant whenever we had to return and we really didn't want to ruin our last night in Singapore by staying another night at this hotel

Customer service, room was small and dirty . There was stains in bed linen. Worst experience ever.

Location is very good as Rochor Downtown Line is just behind. Room is big and easy access from the street.

Surrounding does feel bit dodgy due to the population there mainly after night fall however it is safe as long as you are aware of your surroundings. Air-conditioning is controlled by the front desk however middle of the night the temperature does flactuate and becomes bit warm.

Specially the location

Rooms are okay, but as picture there was balcony and bath tub for family room. I didn’t find matching with the picture. It was a room only with normal wash room.

Location in Little India was great.

No fridge and the bathroom was no bigger than a normal size shower stall - it was the shower stall. For the two mornings we were there the showers were cold. Also, the air conditioner was controlled from the front desk, which could be changed on request, but reverted back to normal settings every time you left the room. I expected a lot more for what we paid for a hotel in a city like Singapore.

The location was central, and the room was clean and quiet. Some lady's hairs were on the floor but other than that the room was cleanish and good. Service was prompt and helpful. The counter staff was polite and able to guide me about faster routes and locations.

Maybe the floor could have been a little cleaner, but it was okay for me.

Moved hotels due to the conditions of the room.

The mattress was highly uncomfortable and felt cheap and thin. The bathroom was unclean and not functional. The shower water would cover the toilet and area where the toilet floor was and make it hard to feel clean when showering. The staff were unhelpful. I would not be staying here again. The value for money was very poor.
