Cheap, comfortable. The room is small, but consider the price and location, it is still a good option

It is a low budget hotel very outdated however was good for a 1 night layover

The area is perfect for everything, easy access to do sightseeing and very close to restaurants and the shopping area where you can buy souvenirs. The staff are helpful. And when we checkout i asked if we can leave our baggage and the staff said yes. Our flight was late so we have time to wondering around for .the day..

The bathroom is a bit tight and has no sofa on the lobby where you could sit while waiting for a friend to pick you up. My mistake i did not check on that. Also i asked the receptionist for a grab and she called a taxi who wanted to charge me a big amount of money So i canceled it and went back to the receptionist and told her what happened and ask again for a grab car not a taxi.this time. And she did booked me a grab car. It's better to book a grab because you knew exactly how much you are going to pay.

Upgrade to better room with FOC.

Not very clean

One of our rooms got upgraded to Superior so we're closer to each other. The room is spacious, has large windows, and a good layout. The bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room were just right, we used everything from in there and didn't find the need to look for other things. The staff was really accommodating and easy to approach.

In one of our rooms there was a lingering smell of smoke which didn't go away even after spraying with air fresheners. This lasted the whole trip.

Location is good. Staff are friendly.

bad smell inide rooms when we came in. Obviously bad ventilation or just closed too long. after some hours a bit better. And no slippers (tolerable cos cheap), but when I saw cockroaches inside both the 2 rooms booked, then I think it is not a nice "sympton)"

The hotel location is perfect. Very disappointed due to the facility. No rest room or rest space here. Even not a sofa for just sitting down. The room size is very narrow. In respect of fare, the room is not worthy. No window. No extra almirah whereas fare is higher.

I like the water supply on the 2nd day there is heater already & water filter.

I did'nt like the 1st room given to me & my husband, the room was not clean well there are lots of small insects walking on the wall & on the pillow & bedsheet Im so scared feeling that I cant sleep properly. Also the small chair had a lots of dust seems that it didn't wipe it properly.

Old small rooms with no windows and a bathroom the size of a closet with shower over the toilet. Wasn’t very clear that this is what I was getting especially since paying a decent amount.

Rooms were very small, No windows. Shower was not separated, nor enclosed. It was almost on top of the toilet in a tiny bathroom. Taking a shower floods the entire bathroom floor. The toilet and sink gets wet. we had to towel dry the entire bathroom by hand in order to step back into the bathroom to use the toilet or sink. no hand towel to dry hands. It was our first experience with that style of bathroom.

We came late at night, the room. Had no windows, tge shower had was right next to the toilet, and no cellular reception in the room. The room had no air. We left for another hotel half an hiur later

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. For those who don’t want to spend time commuting to the city center, where many attractions are located, this area will be the most convenient.

1. During check-in, the receptionist asked if we were okay with housekeeping being done on Monday, as there is no cleaning service on weekends (we checked in on Friday). Why is there no cleaning for two full days? This seems more like a cost-cutting measure by the hotel. I’ve never encountered such an approach before. 2. Upon entering the room, we realized it hadn’t been properly prepared. The only thing done was changing the bed linen and towels. No actual cleaning had been done—mirrors were not wiped, hair was found all over the room, and dust was untouched. 3. The room had excessive humidity. Even with the ventilation/air conditioning on, the air was so damp that dry clothes became moist, towels never dried (and they aren’t changed on weekends), and the floor remained wet. 4. The floor got even wetter due to the bathroom’s unusual design. Essentially, it’s a small room without a proper shower cabin, so water splashes everywhere, making the humidity issue even worse. 5. The condition and appearance of the room did not match the photos at all. It was a complete disappointment. 6. The hotel itself felt more like a place where people rent rooms for just one night. 7. We had no comfort or proper sleep at all. The ventilation/air conditioning was too loud to sleep with, but turning it off meant there was no air circulation whatsoever. 8. I have serious concerns about fire safety, as the rooms have no windows. The higher the floor, the harder it would be to evacuate in time. 9. As you can probably guess, we had two completely sleepless nights due to the heat, humidity, and noisy neighbors. On top of that, someone decided to smoke in the hotel twice at night, triggering the fire alarm. After two nights, we had to leave in a rush because there was simply no comfort. Unfortunately, our booking was non-refundable. Don’t ruin your trip—avoid this hotel.

Friendly staff. And good value for money.

The side table was dusty. But overall the room was clean.

It is a simple hotel for a shorter stay in Singapore. The location is good and accessible.
