Great location, comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast, helpful staff

Location and kitchen. It¿s a historic building. Well appointed. Not brand new but well maintained. Very clean. No carpet.

The room was spacious

The building is too old. Housekeeping was not offered during CNY public holidays and even the housekeeping was horrible such as having the former guest's leftover items. No value for money. The housekeeping was the worst ever in my life.

Amidst the Covid19 situation, our experience was still very personal. Staff were polite with smiles as our temperatures were taken daily on our way in and greeted on our way out. In the room, housekeeping ensured toiletries were ample and room clean.

Convenient access to multiple MRT stations. Two food courts within two blocks of hotel. Staff was excellent, quickly met all of our requests. 1 Bedroom Suite was spacious & included full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and a washer/dryer combo.

Location was superb. Room was comfortable.

The room was a little bit outdated. It probably needed a fresh touch.

Everything the location was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were phenomenal.

Nothing everything was wonderful

The room was very nicely furnished and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Lau Pa Sat a huge hawker center. Handy ice machine on level 19.

We were only there for 3 nights so we didn't really use the kitchen or laundry facilities but had we wanted to some written instructions would have been helpful for the microwave and washer/dryer.

Perfectly situated near the MRT & the hop on/hop off bus. Our stay did not include breakfast but we found a place just across the road called Harry's, One Marina Blvd and they had a great, super low cost breakfast. Also good for happy hour. The famous Lau Pa Sat Hawkers market is closeby and a definite visit for some excellent, good value food.The Collier Suite we had was HUGE, more space than we knew what to do with, and loved staying there. Highly recommend.

The area on the 19th floor with the pool & a lounge was nice, but you couldn't really lay by the pool & even though the temps were super hot outside, the water in the pool was actually cold. Its really quite hard to find anything I didn't like about the stay, this was my only criticism.

Great location, large room, close to great restaurants.

Honestly cannot top the location. Short walks to the metro, Boat Quay, Lau Pa Sat and Marina Bay. Chinatown, Clarke Quay, MBS and the Padang are also very walkable. No shortage of restaurant options nearby, no matter what you are craving. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Even stored a suitcase for us when we went to KL for a few days.

There wasn't a breakfast included, but there is one available if I remember. Also, as the rooms pretty much come with full kitchens and there are grocery stores in Raffles Place, you should be able to get whatever you need to start your day. They do have a bar, but I don't recall ever seeing it open.

Best location, walk-distance to major landmarks.Room and bathroom are very spacious.

Room was spacious with large shower and tub area. Nice equipped gym, infinity pool, and lounge area. Bellboys were helpful and nice. Close to Hawker center. walkable to Chinatown / Marina Bay sands or quick taxi ride.

Front desk team with very poor empathy, literally just there to do their job. Washer and dryer did not dry properly compared to other hotels. Bathroom smelled like poop the entire stay. Took 3-5 hours to complete a load from wash to dry. Minimal view of Marina bay from top floors, as it is blocked by newer hotels and buildings.

Very spacious and clean. The bathroom was big with a comfy tub to relax in.

Location and the size of the apartment . The property provides daily cleaning.

Outdated, old wall or wall paper. The room has some kind smells. Very roomy but with weird lay out.

The toilet amenities was not replenish and the coffee mugs and tea cups were not replaced back. The toilet shower head was leaking .

The location is excellent. With all the key places like merlion , arts & science museum at the walking distance. Very good connectivity. Night time is lively too with all the cafes and party goers.

The location is excellent—just steps from Raffles Place MRT and close to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre. There’s a covered area for convenient drop-offs and pick-ups, and the staff are consistently helpful. We love staying here and will happily return as long as the high standard of service is maintained.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, a few aspects could be improved. Some fixtures were in need of maintenance—bedside lamps had loose screws and couldn’t be positioned properly, a panel on one of the kitchen appliances was missing, and some electrical plug covers were worn. The decorative shelves were left bare, giving the room an oddly abandoned feel. The bathroom layout was also inconvenient, with the shower and toilet doors opening outwards into the wash basin area, requiring one door to be closed before the other could open; this could be resolved by having the doors open inward instead.

The location is very nice. Really near to MBS, Lau Pa Sat etc.

Could add more amenities.
