Bed was hard

Everything. The room was a bit small, but clean. Had everything we needed, coffee in the morning, a good shower, the MRT was close by. Washers and dryers downstairs, excellent staff at the front desk. What more can one want?!

Near Bugis Junction and MRT

check in very slow. behind me the guess already checked in but I still standing there waiting for nothing. staff working with slow speed.

location location,apart from that,it was a room in a hotel that provided a comfortable bed ,shower ,tv ,wfi, and little else.staff on reception really did not care and stuck to the basic formalities.they did not want to leave the comfort of there seats.

Its like a love hotel. Not ideal for family with kids.

One of the best hotel that I've stayed during my travel. Room is big, amenities all working superbly. The staff is also very nice to me. Hotel also easily accessible to nearest MRT station. And bus stop is right in front of the hotel lobby. Cannot ask for anything more.

My room is facing the main road, so the noise from the cars and also the traffic light countdown timer intruded into the room. I dont think anything can be done to counter this issue.

The location is in the city center, you can walk to most places that are in the city area including malls and restaurants.

The rooms are at the back which seems like a separate building on its own, you need to carry your own luggage to the building behind, to access the elevator

The location was great and the staff were very friendly. You get snacks and water in mini bar, then the water was topped up each day for free.

Reminded me of an up market back packers hostel. Very budget, beds are very hard and the bedding and towels are very old.

The location was really close to the mall, restaurants, MRT stations, coffee shops. The place is so cozy, staff are very friendly. Easy to check in, no issues at all.

The hot shower was on and off but most of the time it was not working.

Close to transportation and the food court.

Room was small. $8 for a was. Noise from the people above me. Outlets not working. Hair dryer cord was too short.

The location was amazing

Our towels were full of lint. We only stayed in SG for one day so we didn’t complain to front desk but it felt like the towels were not washed recently

Room is a bit small, need to get out of the hotel to go to the back for a lift to the rooms.Light switch for the main bedroom lights, located at the bed front, when you lean on your pillow, sometimes it switched the lights off.

was super clean, the staff is doing a good job - the cleaning was done every day. Responded to each request we had. The location of a hotel is good

small rooms, might be limited space

Location is really great, in the middle of all the different areas. Walkable to the Merlion waterfront, for a night view at the MBS.Staff is really nice and very helpful!7 eleven next door is convinient.

Rooms are not well noise isolated, so you hear when people are walking on the hallway

We initially was about to cancel our booking due to the Reviews we saw online about the hotel, as well as our own personal experience during our last stay.But then, the hotel manager and the Filipina staff were so professional and accommodating, and they made sure that we will have a much better experience, and true enough, WE DID!We now highly recommend this hotel!

The sound from the corridors are still being heard from inside the rooms - perhaps more sound barrier?

my bed was placed against the hall way wall. and as the first room near the lift, i heard every single guest who walked through my floor as i tried to sleep

Nice hotel, great value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, location is very good, Marina Bay is within walking distance, 7/11 is right next door, good cafes are also nearby

The walls are super thin and I could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. I was not lucky as my neighbors were very noisy and couldn’t shut up almost the whole night. Bed is comfortable but a bit too small for me (I am 178).
