Very clean and convenient location

A little noisy especially from hallway.

This was not a 3 start hotel. Sink stopper wedged into the closed position, the open/close handle was not connected. stopper remained closed (pictures). Hot water heater switch, in the On position water did not hot in shower. Room was VERY small.

The location was fantastic, close to MRT little india and rochor. We enjoyed the use of the rooftop pool to cool off. Clean tidy room modern room. Friendly helpful staff!

Room was a bit on the small side with 3 luggage suitcases space was tight but manageable for a short stay. No sound proofing from the hallway - could hear the vacuum cleaner and people walking through the corridors so Would recommend bringing earplugs if you want to sleep in.

Location, pool, clean, breakfast was decent, 7eleven Nextdoor.

My first trip to Singapore in a very long while, and I was disappointed with Singapore and the hotel room didn't improve that feeling. Room was tiny, there was no room for cases, which meant opening and closing them every time you needed something. The pool was on the 10th floor and the water was freezing. So although a swim would have been enjoyable it wasn't. I felt this hotel was a little overpriced.

I like the location and the receptionist so friendly especially the Indian lady! Will definitely comeback when i visit Singapore

The location is perfect — easily accessible from anywhere in Singapore.The room service is excellent, and the counter staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Staff was friendly and really helpful. Place is clean. The room was bit too small. Most suitable for one person situated in a great location. Bus stop is right in front and 2 MRT stations are just walking distance. Overall, happy with the stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very neat and the BEST PART - had a bidet!!!!!. The best sleep I’ve gotten was in this bed always woke up feeling the best!!

The location, it is close to metro stations and there are some shops, supermarkets and cafes nearbyThough the room is small, it was clean and rather comfortable for 1-2 nights The staff is helpful, the receptionist helped us find the currency exchange that worked 24/7 (we arrived late and all the money changers were closed)

The shower in our room didn’t have hot water

The staff were happy and friendly. Always willing to help with a friendly face. The place was spotless. Very shiny!

location wise it's good easy to go the market close to Little India, 7 eleven shops nearby, train station, old chang kee behind the hotel, bugis market is close by the hotel easy to travel around

just no wardrobe or place to store your luggage we have a big and 2 small luggage and our room is small so limited space to move

Cost-effective for single traveler during Formula1 weekend. The location is great between 2 MRT stations, Rochor and Little India. However, due to the current construction, getting to Little India station becomes a detour. Staffs are very nice and help me re: early check-in.

The noise from water pumping and people walking hallway in front of my room interrupted my sleep a bit.

My family and I stayed here for a few days during our trip to Singapore and had a great experience! The staff were kind and the service was excellent. Breakfast was tasty with good variety. Our room was clean, comfy, and quiet — I had such a good night’s rest. The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the metro, with a 24-hour front desk and free water in the lobby.

The breakfast was like the best I had in ages. The room was a bit small but very very well managed. Just check if you're booking for 2 separate single beds or 1 double bed, I didn't check and had to settle with 2 single beds. Hot water, perfect air conditioning controls and and amazing experience. 5 stars

I reached there at night and had to enter through their backdoor cause the cab driver won't stop on the main entrance, as it was a bus stop and the back door looked super shady. The lady at the counter didn't offer any bell boy or any helper to get the luggage to my room and I had to drag like 2 big boxes to the 5th floor all by myself.
