Not enough shelving space
Staff were extremely helpful, going out of their way to give travel options and even running after us to lend us an umbrella! Rooms were compact, but contained everything necessary to sleep, survive and shower, including a kettle and toothbrushes. Water dispenser with hot and cold water located downstairs, even though Singapore tap water is drinkable. Bus route got us to the places we needed to go. Also, local shops sell all essentials. Rooms and public areas were fantastically clean. If you are looking for a cheap but comfortable enough option, this is it.
The room is more spacious than I expected. There is a bidet in my restroom.

The hotel was close to public transportation and lots of eating places.
The set up of the shower stall . It had a half glass enclosure and hard to keep the water from spilling to the outside of the bathroom floor. Thus the floor tend to get wet. The WiFi in the room was weak ..lost connection at times

The bidet was broken that caused a little flood inside the bathroom. There were no towels as well.
Easy access, basic and clean.
Toiletries were provided on a daily basis and additionals were available upon request. Everything was very clean inside of the hotel. With a short walk, two bus stops are very accessible.
The beds could’ve been a bit more comfortable, but for a budget hotel, it’s to be expected. The street in which the hotel is on and the surrounding ones are not immediately clean.

the hotel was good overall. it was very clean. i didn’t mind the small room but the walls were so thin you could hear everything. location is ok.
The staff were so friendly, helpful, always there to assist if anything was needed with a big smile on their faces. Available 24/7 too from what we saw when we arrived quite late. It had aircon. The room had windows. Towels were refreshed daily and bin taken out daily.Opportunity to keep our luggage after check out before our late fight was very convenient at no extra cost. Water machine at the lobby to refill water and hot water if needed.
The bed was quite short, but maybe it stated it on the website and I just didn't see. My feet were just about dangling over the end and I'm not that tall.The lack of electrical sockets - only one visible, and another hidden behind the TV (which showed slightly out of sync analog TV).There was no hand soap which was quite bizarre for us.The aircon was difficult to use for good outcome - the cold was freezing even when putting the temperature up and on low, and if on the air blowing mode it was well too hot.The room is quite noisy probably from plumbing so whenever anyone around seemed to use the water, it made a loud noise we likened to our cat scratching on the wall, but louder, so woke us quite often during the night/morning.It didn't seem the floor was ever cleaned during our stay there.The water leaked a bit after shower, and during showering it sprayed quite widely. The toilet flush button also often got stuck and kept running, so needed extra attention.
