It is clean and reliable place to stay, the check-in/check-out processes are smooth, the room and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Internet access is very fast and reliable. It is located in walking distance from the metro station, the bus stop is almost next door, a lot eateries and shops are nearby

The room is small - it is ok for short stay, but for prolonged stay you need more space ) The working desk is not very comfortable due cramped space.

The property was very near bus stops which makes it an accessible location. The staffs were also friendly and helpful especially when you're checking in late.

Housekeeping visits the room everyday, however, it was noticeable how floors would not be swept when cleaning

Ibis Budget is good value in expensive Singapore. Geylang is nice area with lots of cheap (Indian) restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room is a bit small, but has all necessary facilities, including water boiler. The nearest MRT station is 15 minutes walk.

The location was close to a ton of restaurants and a bus stop that goes right into the city. Room was small but clean and well-kept. Kai was the staff that welcomed us into the room, and he was super friendly, super helpful. He gave us a good tip to grab this QR code in order to go to a few Sentosa attractions for free. Very much enjoyed his customer service.

There was an extremely unpleasant, rude staff member. I didn't catch her name but she was of Indian descent. I used the lobby bathroom and came out, and was followed up with a rude scolding as if I was her misbehaving son. Then when I asked her a simple question of having a fridge to put fruit in, she, with no eye contact, directly told me no and that she was busy. I hold her as the unfortunate exception of the people I met in Singapore, because everybody else has been welcoming. Her customer service personally left a bad taste in my mouth, but I refuse to let her ruin my experience here.

this was fine. The next place, J Link Hotel in Hong Kong from Booking.com was a disgrace!

This hotel was fine, but since Booking isn't sending me the next hotel on my itinerary to review, I'll comment that I will never use Booking.com again (or its affiliate Priceline.com). The follow on hotel to this one in Hong Kong, the J Link Hotel, was a smoke filled disgrace, but Booking's "don't call us, call them" is more disgraceful still. I checked out 15 minutes after I checked into J Link Hotel. If they didn't refund that first night, fine. But nights 2, 3 and 4 should be refunded. J Link Hotel says its not us to refund but some "Elong International Travel" I've never heard of. Booking won't step in although they were more than happy to take my money. DO NOT USE Booking.com. They won't stand behind their bookings! They did not stand behind mine!! I will never use them ever again!!

The location was quite close to good eateries and the metro. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. The AC and bed were very comfortable and not noisy at all. Good value for money especially considering it was Singapore.

The rooms are good for two adults. As we were a family of 2 adults and two kids, we had to book two rooms.

My stay at this hotel was fairly comfortable. The place was clean, and it's conveniently located near a bus stop. There are also many convenience stores and food shops around the area.

Small room. There isn’t solid soup in the room. Location is far away from metro station. There wasn’t reataurant in the hotel. The area around the hotel was unsafe feel.

Super close to Bus stop and nearby train station. Its easy to find and affordable.

The staff at the counter are very friendly and helpful. One of the clean up lady who is a Burmese was very helpful.

Room is quite small and tight. No decent wardrobe to put our clothes.

Thought we had booked the Ibis closer to the city centre. This Ibis was just as nice.

A Bar fridge would be excellent, given the climate.Could have purschased drinks to stay cold instead of buying new every day. There was no cutlery.
