Clean and friendly staff that recommends good food.

Location

The location was nice even though it was near the area of Singapore's red light district, there were great and awesome restaurants in the area.

Hope they can get the mini fridge working or better yet replace it with a new one.

the price of hte room is way to expensive for a budget hotel , $154 aud i can get a 4 or 5 star hotel around asia for that price , not ev en a fridge in the room for htat price ,thats a bad look for hte price ,hotel is okay ,only hte price is way to much

It's a comfortable room and there is a bus stop closeby. There are some good convenience stores/dining options at walking distance from the hotel. Foodpanda delivery option is always there if one has specific dietary requirements

I didn't realise that there is a major red light area at Geylang and solicitation is very common in the evenings. This is not an option if you are travelling with family

fair location & pretty much what you should expect for paying such a cheap price.

I traveled for work and needed an invoice, however hotel staff told me only Booking.com can provide the invoice since it was booked via third party. They refused to give me one despite me asking, now looking at booking.com it says only the hotel can provide an invoice. I needed the invoice to expense this stay for work, no i am left paying out of pocket.

Everything especially when the staff already knew that the room will be clean. It's very convenient for us. Appreciate the initiative of the staff.

None for our room. We already checked in here twice already. Maybe one room with my friend, as per them the room was quiet smelly when they entered.

1) The location, absolutely. Close to the national stadium (around 2km- 20mins walking), close to bus routes to downtown, close to 2 mrt routes (circle and east west), you can also walk to TE line. I think the convenience is worth it.2) the staff, 100% helpful and very welcoming.

if youre a lady going solo trip, pls consider not to book this area, not this hotel only but the entire area of geyland. I feel a little uncomfy even as a adult man walking around the neighborhood late evening. (Ofc this is not the hotel's fault, but pls consider your safety).

I appreciate that our room were cleaned everyday. New set of towels and toiletries. Good hotel service for an affordable price.

The room I will say it is what you pay for I guess , the toilet paper seems to be a left over from whoever that was there before me.one use and it was gone and there was not a second one. Hot water did not run even after I realized I had to switch the hot water heater on. Still didn’t heat up

The bed was small in length. I'm 1.76 and my feet were out of the bed constantly. Apart from this small inconvenience all was good.
