Noise outside because of lot of cafes nearby. However it was because of location of my capsule near window.

Too noisy from the street. every time there’s a door open or close on the hall way, our door will make some noises.

What did you like?Immaculate bathrooms — the cleanest I've seen in any hostel. Comfortable mattress and pillows, effective blackout curtain, good pod ventilation. Fast Wi-Fi (80+ Mbps), free laundry with powder, free coffee/tea. Useful extras at reception (steam iron, luggage scale). Friendly staff. Very walkable location, 8 minutes to the airport train line.

Motion sensor inside the pod triggers a dim red light with every movement. AC runs extremely cold — thermal shock coming in from outside. Restaurant/bar touts hassle you constantly in Boat Quay. Guests checking out 7–9am and chatting in the dorm disturbed sleep.

Location. Proximity to resto, bar and jogging path. Also walking distance to Marina Bay Area and Green Line MRT.

Clean, well stocked, and great location

Location is perfect! So many restaurants, near the bus stops and Clarke Quay station. Also walking distance to Merlion Park. Room, toilet and bathroom are clean and tidy,

We tried for experience, just not a fan of enclosed space. But will recommend!

The location, it was clean. We felt safe all the time. Well organized and it was exactly as described.

Nothing. Everything was exactly as the description. Obviously it was not as comfortable as a normal hotel, but we knew it before booking.

location was very good, very near good dining places and reasonable distance to the nearest mrt at the city hall area. the staff were very helpful and courteous ; even the bathrooms were constantly clean

Effective low-cost solution for one night layover in Singapore.Clean showers, comfy beds, excellent location and friendly staff.

- there is no space to unpack the luggage, so everyone had to do it between beds and lockers. absolute mess and as the lockers are in the rooms, it’s so so loud 24/7 with people packing and unpacking - super cold AC with no possibility to change it

Superb location and bed faciliteis.

There is a long queue for bathing during my stay, ~4 bathroom in my 'room'. Since the hair dryer is put inside the bathroom (include toilet), so people would dry their hair while the shower is acutally available. So, wait for more than 1 hr for showering, especially when the hostel is fully booked.Hope there is some improvement just for the hairdryer. Otherwise, fantastic ^^

The Assistant Manager was very accommodating and helpful. It is fun to stay at a capsule hotel for 1-2 nights. The facilities were as clean as possible and the location was perfect!

All was good. You can’t expect to have a lot of space for your luggage etc. in a capsule hotel, so it was all in all a cool experience!

Good location, with restaurants and the city center nearby. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room and equipment were clean and as described.

The location was pretty close to everything to do in Singapore. They offer several amenities like razors, ear plugs. The bathrooms were individual with toilets and showers that you can lock.

The cleanliness could be improved. Sometimes I would go into the bathroom and it hadn't been cleaned (A face mask was in the sink once and another time someone left a towel over the sink). One time a trash on our floor was overflowing. Our capsule room got hot at night - we told them this at checkout and they said they had heard this and they are working on a fix to this. You can hear others pretty easily on your floor but this is an issue with most capsule hotels.

Well located property right on Boat Quay. Well priced for Singapore accommodation. Free tea/coffee and little amenities like sewing kit, shower cap, things you might have not packed. Cute outdoor balcony area overlooking the Quay and dining area. Good air con.

Better access to the top bunk! However I could have requested a lower bunk and didn't.

Very clean, comfortable beds.

One morning coffee machine did not work. There is no space to put stuff in the shower.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer :(
