comfortable. spacious room

no soundproof. could hear next door’s sound. even a woman moaning. i had to volume up the tv sound.the lady staff with short hair had an angry face all the time and sounded angry. i felt like i was getting ticked off. all I have done was only check-in though.

I asked quiet room with good view. They satisfied our requests. My room was 15th floor at corner, quiet and with excellent river view. Every part of hotel facility was kept clean and well organized, including parking area at B1 and B2. Staff were kind and efficient. I stayed in a double room, where I enjoyed sitting on a day bed sofa aside window, looking down the river. This is 2nd time for us to stay here and no doubt to come back since we were satisfied.

I missed microwave in the room. There was boiling pot but no microwave in the room.

It was advertised as “shilla stay Busan gimhae airport - noksan.” When i arrived at gimhae airport I couldn’t find that name in the taxi app. This was annoying. i had to call the hotel to find out that the name is Shilla Stay SeoBusan. Even more frustrating is that it was not that close to the airport!!! Advertised with the airport name is misleading - it took 25 minutes in the taxi.

If you're looking for a laid back part of Seoul where you can find food and beverages nearby then this is perfect for you. If however you want to experience the Nightlife in Seoul, then...not so much.

Too far from any subway stations.

Beyond my expectations, concierge desk members are very kind, quick response for the request.I felt real relaxing and comfortable, everything is so clean, crispy also I loved the environment that is so quiet and neat. Very close to the airport.I will choose the Shilla Stay Busan for next visit.

Mostly don’t have but it will be more convenient if they have more laundry machine and sauna

The hotel was superb, from check-in, to breakfast, clean throughout, and at the weekends they open the restaurant for evening meal, location was really good for other places to eat as well.

The laundry service was very disappointing, it says hand in by 10am, I handed mine in at 8.20am and ten minutes later received a call saying that the laundry had gone that day at 8am and would not be done.

Large room, amazing views of the water, access to lots of convenience stores and eateries, helpfulness of staff, close to bus stop that takes you into central Busan.

Room temperature couldn’t be controlled and it was far too hot making it hard to sleep.

The walls are so extremely thin that you can hear the couples next door! I heard it three different nights/and mornings and I find it disappointing that the front desk places family rooms right next to couple's rooms. It was so uncomfortable during our 6-night stay. Plus, the swimming pool apparently only opens in May for summer. I was most excited for the swimming pool but sucks that we couldn't get our money's worth.

Nice hotel not far from the airport, modern rooms and bathrooms. But most facilities were closed; the pool, the bar, the restaurant etc. There is a small convenience store in the basement, and a few restaurants around the property.

Pretty much none of the facilities were open; pool, bar, cafe downstairs, restaurant etc.

It’s quite new, soft bed, great views, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is great.

The location, it’s a bit far from Busan centre. But if you are looking for a quiet stay this is your place. Also bar, pool or other amenities were not available. They should listed or say on the description it’s only available in “summer”. In addition, I wanted to have dinner an apparently a family booked the whole place. That can happen but it was disappointed

I enjoyed how clean, quiet, and comfortable everything was.

I didn’t like that there is only a men’s sauna.

Great staff, very helpful, also the rooms are super clean and comfortable, very minimalistic and pretty.

Parking is avialable but the ramps are a bit hard to navigate.

The hotel is new, so the furniture and the bathroom are in very good shape.

The location suited my trip this time. We had a nice night view as well. The facilities were clean.

Pleasant neighbourhood, nice building and everything is new. The rooms were fairly spacious with a good fitout. Breakfast had lots of options.

Restricted and high fees to use the pool area (KRW 30,000) - you can only use once for every night at the hotel for two hours for additional fees. How has nobody lost it over this rule? Breakfast finishes 9.30am, last sitting at 9am and at 9.15 they remind you that that are about to close. I booked on this site with breakfast included - we had six travellers, they told us we only booked breakfast for three people. This made no sense and staff made no effort to correct it instead blaming booking.com or that we may have selected a different package. He asked to look at my booking and saw that it included breakfast but continued to argue that it's only for some of us.. The staff in general were not very friendly and also it was unclear whether certain areas were open or not.

Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. Both Korean/Asian as well as western style options. The facilities and cleanliness was remarkable. Professional and efficient lobby staff.

It's perfect to stay , comfy bed and cleaness. Everything was good enough to relax with sunset view in the evening.

The location is pretty far from Busan CBD.
