Very convenient location, near to Gangnam Subway Station from which you can go anywhere in the city. Its the second time Ive chosen this hotel for its facilities. Single rooms are small but comfortable. Clean bed sheets, bathroom with separate shower, clean towels and complimentary water bottle every day. Fridge, kettle included. Washing machine and dryer at reception at a very good price (2000krw for washing 35 minutes and 1000krw for drying) Welcoming staff and 24h reception service.
Room bigger than usual. Airport bus stops in front of the hotel, bus station and two metro lines.
I didnt like the staff. Not warm welcoming. Not helpful when you need help.

Cons -

Breakfast is mostly korean dishes. Walls were a bit dirty with old wallpaper and room cleaning once in four days, if not otherwise requested. Had a problem with the toilet being clogged, but the staff resolved it quickly. Single rooms dont have a great view, windows being in the backyard.
