Rooms are not much big

Indian dishes to include for break fast Timing for pool and steam to increse

Sheets and bed were nice

The restaurant staff were not super friendly

The location

It was a bit cramped for the price and there was a dead cockroach in our room.

1) Location was perfect near to the MRT station2) Room was fine but the bedding smell musty and too soft. The extra bed was very run down3) Breakfast was perfect

The staff, they were quite rude. My experience with one of the staff who speaks English, only he can understand his own English and he refuse to pause even when we try to interrupt and obtain further clarification.Besides, the same staff was hard selling a larger bed but giving us excuse that our room does not fit an extra bed well although the hotel has agreed to an extra bed during booking and also told us the room is not ready.But after we turn it down, we got our room within 5- 10 minutes and the extra bed was already there.We are suspicious that he just wanted to keep selling larger rooms as part of his KPI.

Good location close to MRT, rooms adequate and breakfast choices good, friendly staff and helpful

Room 1453 has mechanical noise from car park area and had to ask to get moved to another room due to the noise late in evening, also the safe got jammed so had to wait for their engineering team to come and break in to open..

Location, staff, facility were all great.

Nothing much. Elevators are a bit slow. We sometimes waited for a few minutes to take it.

The property was in a great locations. The staff gave suggestions of areas to visit and guidance on how to get there plus costs. The amenities were all fantastic. One down side was the price on the bookings.com and the hotel differ quite a lot so on check out my bill was more than expected. I’m waiting on a response why this was.

The cafe lounge has been outsourced to Buffet next door, the guests living in hotel are difficult to get a place to sit down, which is ridiculous, All five-start hotels in the world have a cafe/bar for guests to sit down and social in the cafe/bar, how can Sheraton keep those seats for making extra money from buffet areas. All guests in the hotel can not stay room all the time, they need to use hotel facility to get relaxed and have some light food and coffee/wine.

The location is good, it is next to Shandao temple station. Room is clean

I am not sure about others, but the pillows are too soft and its too low for sleep. If i use two then its too high

The bathroom was nice

The property is very dated - the pool is very disappointing - overpriced for what it is. concierge were lovely but could do with a better list of excursions

Location is superb and the staff provided supreme service.

The quality of breakfast fell a bit short of expectation. And the room is a bit small and there were roaches in the bathroom.

Their facilities (pool and spa in particular) and their restaurants (Kitchen 12) in particular.

The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom. Decent location. Staff was friendly but I didn’t interact with them much.

Great location near the ShanTou MRT and also Taipei Main Station. Loved the bedding - very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent

The staff in concierge are not that conversant in English and really struggled to understand my questions (eg is it safe to go to Jiufen in the mountains with recent earthquake resulted in them giving me a guide to transport options…)

Breakfast buffet was amazing, but unfortunately I couldn’t try them all.

Good service from polite staffs. Close proximity to Taipei Train station. Overall pleasant experience.

Small room, with not much view.

This is a fabulous hotel, particularly as evidenced by the way they handled the earthquake. It was totally calm, and because the hotel is so sturdy, we all felt completely safe and at ease. The other thing I loved about this hotel was the onsen located up on the top floor. It was totally luxurious and relaxing.

The location, although central, is a bit of a walk from anything fun/interesting. It's a practical location, but kinda boring.

Good breakfast buffet. Lots of choices. Room is spacious and very clean.

The staff are probably too tired during the holiday season. Most staff seem to be in a rush and didn’t smile and extend warm greetings like most other similar stars hotels usually do. Great if they can be warmer.
