Lots of cool amenities — you can order some of the most famous things to be delivered to the hotel. Noodles and snacks and water always available for free. Laundry on premises. In a cool area.

The wifi for me was really really bad, almost unusable. The desk didn’t have much useful advice for this. There are also a lot of really bright lights in the room at night blinking.

The location in Ximending is great. Rooms is a bit small but that is typical for Asian hotels. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Although breakfast is not included, they provide plenty of free snacks, instant noodles, and drinks which more than compensate. Besides, with so many great street food stalls and cafes nearby, who wants to eat in a hotel.

The bathtub with a shower curtain was awkward. The curtain does not prevent water from leaking onto the floor, and I think the tub also leaked because I always had streams of water on the floor. The floor tile does absorb the water but plastic slippers would be helpful

Location is excellence and very near places to eat and Ximending. Lots of snacks, drink at the hotel lobby for guest. You can event order breakfast and pineapple tarts from the Hotel.

Very cosy and chill vibes. Hotel was a short walk from Ximen station.

My room has no window, so there was a bit of a smell when I first stepped in. It didn't bother me after a while.

The hotel location for me was good +: Safe, colorful, interesting, walkable neighborhood. Easy to get transportation from this location. Staff very helpful for arrangements, and many interesting and useful sites and locations are reachable with a comfortable walk. Room, bed and bathroom: For me were ultra comfortable, clean, and quiet. I asked for a quiet room location within the hotel and they absolutely delivered.

I was happy with this choice of hotel over my 4 night stay. I cannot think of anything, in this category of hotel, that could be improved.

The facilities were comfortable and clean. They offer complimentary beverages and snacks 24 hours in the lobby including breakfast sandwiches- the staff were so helpful and friendly. Location is perfect!

What we needed - good snack selection, helpful staff, lift access

Super location, comfortable, great ‘public area’. It’s like a hotel when it comes to room/bathroom and a hostel in regards of lounge area with comfortable seating, piano endless supply of snacks and drinks…

It could do with some form of chest of draws. Whilst there is a rack for hanging a few items of cloths, there is no-where else for unpacking. A small point perhaps.

I like the most, is the bathtub, didn't expect I have that one in our room. And also they upgraded our room booking. Thankful and blessed to the staff, they tried their best to communicate with you accordingly. I celebrate my advance birthday, in this Hotel the Cho Hotel 3. Highly recommended.

I actually little disappointed because I've never been to their caffe, and also don't have a freebies like I saw on tiktok, i though i have a free coffee to redeem to the cafe hehehe, but its ok, surely i will be back to that hotel.

I understimated the need of window in the room. OK, that was my bad idea.

I love the location. It was close to everything we wanted to go, the hotel was safe and secure, the amenities included were beyond what I expected. An entire fridge full of local drinks and sodas plus a ramen bar was incredible. There were tons of small other benefits of booking through Cho Hotel and we couldn't have made it to the airport on time for our early flight if it wasn't for the airport shuttle system. Loved them

Toliet paper isn’t refilled, had to ask at the front desk for a refill.

Just loved the unli sodas, water, etc. Enjoyed my stay at the receiving area due to enjoyed much the variety of snacks offered.I tasted as much as I can coz I have no plans to bring at home country?Staff on duty all O encountered has a good English communication ?Areas all clean.Room is good to stay, comfy pillow, bed foam.

The toilet was quite old model, i think management mist propose to change it The see-through design of the shower area?

Location was the main reason why I chose Cho Hotel. It's very convenient to get anywhere. Plus, once you leave the hotel, there are different convenient stores, 24H Carrefour market, Starbucks on the corner, 24H noodle house and the list goes on and on. It also helped that there are snacks, cup noodles, bottled water, hot chocolate, coffee and tea to your heart's desire! It's such a cute boutique hotel. Highly recommended!

It can ve quite confusing to find it as the entrance is a bit hidden from the street. Lobby is on the 2F.

Excellent location as it was walking distance to the Train and the eating and shopping districts. Hotel had very responsive staff who would answer my questions promptly even before our arrival. The rooms were not stuffy (i was worried because there were no windows) and it even had an air purifier. Rooms were also the right size for my family of 3. Their free drinks and snack bar were an excellent offering too! Highly recommend Cho hotel 3

Second time here and love the convenience and the staff’s friendliness. They even helped me to make a booking for a massage spa because I didn’t have a local number
