Initially hard to find

Its prime location near Taipei Main Station made traveling around Taipei effortless. From the entrance, we took the lift up to Level 19—hence the name Sky19. Check-in was smooth and easy using the self-service machine; we just entered our booking name and everything was done quickly.We booked a private driver for our Shifen and Jiufen tour from this hotel, which helped us a lot. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at Sky19 Hotel during our excursion, and everything was safe and sound when we returned.Overall, the staff were accommodating and delivered exactly what we needed. A truly pleasant stay.

This hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but it provides a communal area where guests can get water and use the microwave.

Great location right next to the train station, comfortable quiet rooms, nice view of the train station. Okay wifi.

The lounge made it convenient for guests to sit and have a coffee or a meal. Another positive was that one could make a meal with the single stove in the kitchen.The property also had washers and dryers for use with no charge.The room we had was spacious with three arm chairs. We were very comfortable in our room which came with a mini fridge and a kettle.

I found there were many “rules” pertaining to the use of the lounge in terms of when it can or cannot be used. It would be advantageous if it is accessible to guests all the time with quiet time from 11:00 pm to 0800 am, similar to use of washers and dryers.I am not sure why there’s a dish dryer and not a dish washer in the kitchen (lounge). I think it would be more hygienic to have a dishwasher than a dish dryer with the responsibility of guests for placing their dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There should be checks by staff to ensure that dishes put away are actually clean. I found a used, unclean plate in the drawer. Thankfully in a shared environment, I always wash any dish before using it.

Location is great, its beside MRT exits.The room was big enough have many space inside. The Staff super nice and welling to support.(I found next room smoking in middle of the night, they try so hard clean the room that time then change my room in the morning)

The room can let the smoke leakage may be from toilet - air vacuum system or from the balcony.It not all building hotel, so the elevator are common use with others that a bit too much queue sometime.

Nice lounge, equipped with kitchenette. Room is spacious. Great location, very good access from Taipei Main Station.

The hotel is in a very strategic location! Getting to and from the airport is easy—just take the Airport Express Train for only 160 NTD, and use Exit Z at the Main Station, which is conveniently right in front of the hotel.

Toilet flushing is not in good maintenance.Although I booked room with terrace, but just a view of another building.

It is right beside Taipei main, can't complain. This hotel is perfect for a no-frills short stayover. Room is big and clean, nothing impressive but comfortable enough for a few nights.

Apparently it is on the 19th floor of a business building which is quite unique but the building might not be the easiest to locate. That said, it is a small issue that just requires a little more preparation to locate the place.

The lounge is very nice, allowed us to cook small meals and also a nice place to hang out after check out. I like the fact that we had free laundry and free detergent. The room size is nice, bigger than average Taipei hotel. Location is amazing, easy to get to metro and to airport.

The bed is really hard so I’m not used to it, making my back ache. I booked the rooms that were supposed to be “more luxurious” for the bathroom but there was a lot of mold along the tube, which was very surprising to me. It is not just my room but my parent’s room as well.

Very close to Taipei Main Station

From outside the building we could find absolutely no signage that the hotel was located there. We asked someone on the street who confirmed we had the correct address.

The Hotel is at 19 storey of a building. It’s difficult for foreigners to find it if one doesn’t look at the address. The Hotel is a bit old.

The location was great. The room was big and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

No hooks in the bathroom. The beds are a bit hard.

The location was great once you know which building to get into. Comes with free laundry and dryer which really helps while travelling in Taipei

If anything, there are no views.

Hotel is centrally located opposite the main station, with lots of food options nearby. There’s a lounge with free coffee and a place to store food and eat. They also arranged for a nice day tour with a lovely guide named Eda

It should really include access to a hotel breakfast. Also, we originally paid more for a view of Taipei 101, but went to a cheaper room without that view which ended up being nicer.

Location is convenient. Room is clean.

Windows can be dusty, but it doesn’t affect the stay.
