Hotel with a great location and very friendly personal. The room is OK. I liked the included dehumidifier in the room, which is a must in the Taiwanese weather. Hotel provides Wi-Fi with 500/500 speeds for free which is the main reason I picked this hotel and was very satisfied with the internet.

What I didn’t like about our stay at Cloud Hotel Arena in Taipei was that the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was the same every day, and it seemed like leftovers from the previous day were served again. The reception staff felt robotic and lacked warmth or genuine customer service. Also, the smell in the hotel was unpleasant and made me feel nauseous.

Taipei's hotels are expensive, with the price I paid this hotel is ok, but can have some update for the bathroom, toilet cover kept falling down.There are many night activities in other levels of this building, therefore elevators smell smoking, but hotel is quiet and clean.

The location is great. It Is right by the Zhongxiao Dunhua station. The front desk staff are very nice and the room was very comfortable. The free breakfast is good.

Close to a lot of good restaurants and things to do in downtown Taiwan. Good price for the location. Clean and simple.

Bed was really stiff and I prefer firm beds but this was really hard. No windows which was fine for the price

Elevator smells of stale smoke. I think other businesses allow smokers (?). As it is an interior room, dehumidifier runs all the time (bring ear plugs), yet clothes still feel damp. Washing takes forever to dry.

The room was clean and quiet. It was conveniently located near the MRT exit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Cloud Arena, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and helpful, responding promptly to all my queries and making me feel right at home.The room was lovely, clean, and very affordable - a true value for money. The auntie who cleaned my room was so kind and friendly, adding a personal touch to my stay. The breakfast options were okay, but I appreciated the healthy choices available.The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the station and situated in a safe and accessible area, perfect for exploring the many nearby tourist attractions. The surrounding shopping district is upscale and bougie, making for a great atmosphere.

The location was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close to the metro line so it was easy transportation to the whole town. Breakfast was okay.

The room is very big and the bed and pillows are comfy and clean.The staff is very nice and helpful.Location is really good, you have everything around.

The bathroom is big but looks quite old compare to rest of the room.The water isn't going really fast so there could be a bit of a blockage.The TV volume is quite low.

The location is in the middle of a really bustling area of Zhonxiao Road. It's great, you won't run out of things to see, or do, or eat at. Best part is that Zhongxiao Dunhua station is right in front of the hotel which makes it easy to go to places like Taipei Main Station, Ximending, Taipei 101, and many other places!

While the location is convenient and great, it's also in the middle of a really rowdy neighborhood. The hotel is found in a building that's full of bars and clubs, the elevators will smell like smoke and alcohol, and almost everyone going in and out of the building is drunk, which can be a little uncomfortable. The area around the hotel is also very dirty. The hotel itself doesn't feel THAT clean, and the beds are uncomfortable. I definitely don't recommend this place for families, especially if you have kids. For the price you are paying to stay here, it's better to stay at a better hotel.

This hotel is very enough for travelling alone. I can open the whole suitcase in my room.Also the hotel can help the guest to call the taxi to airport, is really convinent that I don't need to carry all my stuff in Taipei Metro.

Peoole in reception are all kind to us.They are willing to help you with any questions, like famous tourist spot, restaurant.

Convenient location as it’s near an MRT station. Porridge for breakfast was certainly welcome together with the fruits offering. Free beverage & biscuits provided.

Too few hangers provided. The aircon can’t be manually controlled as it was still very cold even when adjusted to 30 degrees.
