Location.Helpful staffs.Great breakfast.

Room temperature was difficult to adjust .

The room and amenities were very nice. The staff were friendly.

The hotel room cleanliness could be improved. Our room had crumbs and small objects on the floor that had not been vacuumed up on first arrival of the room.

Staff are very helpful and super friendly.

Cleanliness, courteous and kind staff. Location is perfect. Although it’s on the main road, sound proofing is great we can’t hear the noise from the street. Breakfast is great and has many healthy choices!

Very clean with helpful staffs. The location is a bit off the tourist district, but still very convenient going places using metro subway.

Very good hotel. Nice location for the city sidewalks. We have big room for 3 person.

Room was large with a comfortable bed. There was even a small couch and table, a perfect little workspace. Shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was excellent as usual for K Hotel.

Room was missing its own wifi router. There was absolutely no wifi in the room. I don't think the front desk believed me when I told them. Fortunately, I was able to connect to the adjacent room's wifi.

-Friendly and helpful staff who tries to accomodate. I requested a quiet room (top floor, far from the lift) which was granted without me asking again during the check-in.-The rooms are more spacious vs what I was expecting, you have a table, a sofa, a Nespresso machine- The room has a bathtub, which is an asset.- I would have been delighted if I had no noise issue during the stay.

- A family checked-in in the room next to mine on the second day, and I could hear the kids running in the room, slapping the room doors, screaming, which prevented me from sleeping and resting. I called the front desk who tried to speak with the family at night and in the morning, but it did not solve the kids' behaviour. I know it's not the hotel's fault at all, they even gave me a voucher for Starbucks as a gesture, which I appreciated. But if you pay more money to be in a very quiet place (it was my rationale), maybe you can spend less in a better location spending 40% less.- The neighborhood is not cute at all, better to stay 20' walking from this hotel where you have many coffee shops and street food.

The breakfast was O.K., not exceptional

I paid cash upon arrival but was not informed my credit card was also charged. I did not find this out after I return home from my trip. K Hotel Chang An agreed to reverse my charge after I sent them the email. I am waiting to see when it happens.I was late in check-in. The hotel claimed that they did not hear from me about my arrival time ( because I was travelling in China and could not open my Gmail and responded to their request). They went ahead and charged my credit card when I did not check-in on time, even though I have informed them ahead of time that I will pay cash and asked them not put a pre-authorization on my credit card. They acknowledged that they won't put pre-authorization on on my credit card in the return email.When I checked in and paid them cash, the front desk did not inform me that the credit card has already be charged. They accepted my cash without telling me that my card has been charged already. This is a gross negligence on the part of the hotel management. I am extremely unhappy about it.

The property is simple and quite clean . Although it is on a busy avenue the rooms were quiet . Maintained well were the facilities . Breakfast was good.

Not a full restaurant, they only serve breakfast , but there’s a family mart and a number of restaurants a stroll away.

Not perfect but I still give it a 10 because of the overall value. Location is very convenient. A taxi ride from the Taipei Main Station is less than 5 USD. There are many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. I can walk to the MRT green line in 5 min. There is a night market 4 stops away. The hotel also offers free self service laundry. Staff is helpful. I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

There is no safe in my room.

It has a good location for me.

The size of the room and those beds are too small and the Mattress are too hard.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Hot water in the showers and good location. Lovely Japanese-style toilet! Staff also stored our bags for us when checking out, given our flights weren’t till later in the day.

The location was convenient. Breakfast was buffet style and pretty good. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was missing things like shower cap and basic vanities. The 5th floor was available with free coffee and tea all day and was also a nice quiet place to work and have meeting.

Liked Everything. No mistakes! Perfect services top to bottom. Staff friendly,patient,attentative,doing the extra mile 24/7. Great hotel in Taipei. Will be back!

Breakfast was divine! I still dream about it. Staff were very helpful and friendly.The exceptional accomodations for the price point was the best part

There is nothing I would change

Nice hotel, short walk from the mrt and near bus stop. Convenience stores like Carrefour express and Family mart nearby. Hotel itself is clean and good, comfortable bed, clean toilet with bathtub and good water pressure for the shower. Laundry room available for guest use. Value for money

Was provided a disabled room. No window. No chair in room was a major issue
