The location is great- the main Taipei station in few minute walk so moving around becomes quite easy. There are lots of restaurants and a small night market around as well.

The only thing is after the room service they would not give fresh cups. Other thing is the vibe at the common room was very quite but that¿s not such a bad thing

The Location and staff were fantastic. waking distance to Central Station and restaurants.

Room as a bit small and the size of the stall housing the both the shower and toilet presented a challenge to operate.

The bed is not conform, the bedding is way too wet, the sound proof is terrible.

Location: steps away from Taipei Main Station (HSR and MRT), two familymarts downstairs and plenty restaurants nearby both over ground and underground if it's raining.Staff: Great staff, let us keep our luggage for one day after check-out to visit JiufenRoom: comfortable bed, outlets on both side of the bed, spacious sink area. Shower has great water pressure.

If you're a light sleeper, the AC sometimes makes ice slushies sound but not too bothersome and hey, it works like a charm. If you're not used to wet bathroom & toilet combination then it's something to keep in mind, it's fine to me though as this tends to be the standard in Asia.

Location is very convenient, front desk is not so friendly when I check-in yet the one when I check out is very kind. Cleaners are very professional. The room is not bad for the price. Great location!

A place to grab toiletries even though it is not free (willing to pay) just for convenience. Signage for laundry area in the room.

Its very convenient near at the taipei main station.

Its very loud the water tubes from the upstairs floor during the night when taking a bath from the top floor of us we dont focus on our sleeps during the stays . But all in total is good to very convenient .

Air conditioning in the room was leaking.

The room was small, but there was a nice common space. The toilets could have been cleaned more often.

The cleaning service. I got one cleaning for a six night stay at even if the cleaning sign was on the door several times.

The location is perfect, minites away from main train station. Room was pretty clean, bed comfortable. Staff let me leave my luggage before check-in as I arrived super early

The wifi was pretty weak, and I rely on it because I have to work, so had to use my phone hotspot few times. The room is small and there is no space for putting your clothes etc. Small drawer or shelf would be great

The receptionist is lovely, the beds are comfortable; the common area is very relaxing and is set up very well. It is in a great location, very close to Taipei Main Station.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was not just exactly what I was looking for, it even exceeded my expectations.The only thing is that some rooms do not have windows, which could be considered a positive as you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the streets when you are sleeping.

What I liked: location, value for money, quiet, low noise

Things I didn’t like: number 1 thing is the very very slow wifi speeds. I stayed in room C13 so it meant I had to connect to the met wifi extender and that was very slow and disconnects often. I had to connect to the Starbucks wifi that’s nearby.There’s only 1 laundry machine on level 4 as the one on level 3 is broken.

Dirty, there are 2 small cockroaches seen in my room. So, I have to ask for insecticide and use in the room with myself (without help from maid/staff).

We booked a room for three people but stayed with only two, yet the room still felt quite small. The atmosphere was dim and damp because the bed frame was made from pallet wood. The counter in dry area of the bathroom was also made of OSB wood.The bed was uncomfortable as it had a spring mattress with a thin topper, making it hard to sleep on. The room appeared clean, but I got bitten by bed bugs every night. On the first night, I had 7–8 bites. I reported it to the front desk, and they apologized, saying they would change the bedsheets. However, on the second and third nights, I still got bitten 2–3 more times. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction, which made me extremely itchy—definitely not a pleasant stay.The kitchen area was spacious but felt damp and not very clean. I chose this place because of the good reviews, which mentioned cleanliness and its proximity to Taipei Main Station. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness.

Great place to relax and love the small rooms. Love the look and feel of the place. Shower was powerful.

Air conditioners stink, tried two rooms and the air conditioners need a good clean. There is no ventilation besides leaving your door open. Shower room was particularly stinky.

Easy to find and good location, lots of street food nearby. Staff were very kind and let us leave our bags before and after checkout.

Location! Extremely near the Main Station. Convenience stores are all nearby. The room was also clean.

It’s easy to hear the noise coming from outside the rooms. We know when someone is using the shower or flushing their toilet, and we can also hear the footsteps of the occupants from the room above our floor, making it quite hard to sleep.
