Great location, nice staff, but cleanliness could be improved +++

The cleanliness could’ve been a lot more better. The room was filled with some insects and i had to go next door to 7-11 to get some insecticide to get rid of them on the first night

At least the hotel is close to the action.

After a crazy, badly organized check-in procedure we went to our room to find it had been barely cleaned - okay they made the bed. But there was hair in the toilet and basin, stains of an unidentified nature on most surfaces, someone's leftover lunch under the bed - and the internet didn't work. We ended up doing the cleaning ourselves, and only after some raised voices did they finally call the internet services provider to come and find the WiFi. If we weren't stranded because of Storm Trumi we would have left in the first minutes, but Taipei was full for the Gay Prive Weekend.

The staff was very friendly. Also it was nice that you could buy food from the 7 eleven very close by and eat in the lobby room next to the reception.

The rooms could've been cleaner. I found some hairs in the bathroom and there was a lot of dust on the furniture next to the bed. Also the payment card I used to get the booking ING discount didn't work so I lost the discount.

There is 7-11 and family mart just right next to the hotel. Close to some shopping area and resturant.

Have mosquito and got bite from the 1st day.Not too close to the Ximen station. need to walk around 10mins

We had a room next to hotel. This building was full of rubbish and dirty

The location is good easy to find food and the 7-11 just in the next door.

Quite far from the subway Ximen Station almost 15mins walk, if you travel with elderly or little baby that might not convenient.

Friendly receptionist, clean and comfortable rooms. Hot water came on fast. Convenience stores just downstairs.

Friendly staff at counter. 2nd time staying here, corridors may not look the newest but everything that should be available is in. No complaints, near XMD as well.

The checkin was very easy and location is great

The room was in need of a deep clean and the lobby of the second building resembled a construction site.

Very convenient and close to ximending，lots of interesting shops around. Highly recommended!

Some parts of hotel look messy and incomplete.

The location is good, close enough to MRT and tourist streets.

The walls are very thin and I could hear all the noise from corridor.

It was a cosy place to stay for a solo traveller. The staff was nice and helpful. Location is super!

A little too loud when people are talking in the corridors and the doors were banged to close and open. But it was good.

The location was ideal as it's in the heart of Ximending area. Easily accessible and tones of food places around for you to discover. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodated our requests.

The hotel was actually in renovation when we went. So our room was in a different entrance and it was a bit of a chaotic Look and feel. Some guests were also smoking in the common area so the smell in the corridor was a bit off.

All credit cards(japan3,Hong Kong 1)are not available only cash in NTD. After this hotel,no problem at all at any hotel in Taiwan

location was really convenient in XMD. it’s slightly outside of the hustle and bustle so you still get a bit of quiet.
