Hello the bed was very comfy and best locations

The check in staff seemed pretty unbothered, the room smells wired kind of like a mould smell, no bath towel, bugs and spider in room and I was put near the lift and reception very noisy to sleep

The location was great and very conveniently near the Taipei Main Station. For this location, this makes the value good for the price you pay. It is good that they have a communal microwave and refrigerator for you to use.

The free Wifi was spotty and kept cutting out. The hotel room itself smelled damp and musty. The ventilation was not very good, so one needs to run the dehumidifier all night long to keep the air fresh and clean.

Basic but clean and close to everything especially main train station and AirPort Express train.

The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. The room was quiet. Only once we paid for the room (it was paid at the booking time) we were informed that the lift was not working - not a big issue for us, as it was on the 2nd floor, but it might be a problem for anyone with mobility problems. And I think this is all.

The room was somehow crowded (we knew it was very small, but it felt even smaller). The hotel does not provide bathing towels, only small ones (this is okay, but be prepared). The smell was odd. The staff was not very helpful and hardly spoke any English. We wanted to do the paperwork and leave our luggage as we arrived 45 minutes before check-in time, but it was very difficult to get this message through. Additionally, the staff is available only until 6 or 8 PM, so if anything happens after this time, there is no one to react (fortunately, all was good). There was no kettle available, neither in the room nor at the reception desk. We booked 2 nights but checked out before the second night (this was our plan from the beginning). It was okay to get some sleep before the flight and a quick shower before heading to the airport, but I cannot imagine staying there for more than 1-2 nights.

I saw cockroaches and told housekeeping to deal with them, in midnight I saw another one tho, and I stayed two nights but no cleaning or trash collection, horrible and terrible.

The location is very convenient, just in front of Taipei Station, near Beimen. The staff was very helpful.

The room has minimal space, no place to properly open my luggage. They told me they have upgraded me, I couldn't think of how small the individual room should be. There is no common room, nowhere to sit outside, the space at the reception desk was very, very narrow. It was just a floor on the building, and it was difficult to find the sign on the street. There isn't anyone at the reception desk at night, so literally any person could enter from outside. And to top it all, there was a typhoon and I had to change my fight dates, but they refused to to refund me for the nights I was unable to stay, even after being contacted by Booking.

Near to Taipei main station. This is my 3rd time stay with this place. It is still nice like my first stay.

I placed my food in the common fridge and it got lost. Informed staff but to no avail.

Nice staff and good equipped with hot water, good shower.

AC was blowing to the bedside and since the room was super small, you always had the AC into your face.

The location is good. It is convenience to travel around and take any public transportations. The convenience store (7-11) is super near the hotel (under the building).

I didn't know that there is no bath towel for the guests. We have to pay extra 50TWD for one bath towel. There was no any complimentary such as drinking water. This price is really for the room to sleep only.

Windowless, no idea what time of day/night it was. Room is small but that's what I guess you get for the hotel being in a high rise.

The hotel is only 3 minutes away from Taipei MRT Station. The bus stops and subway stations are closed. Very convenience for travelling around.

The only good thing is location, next to main station and if require go to airport just one streeet distance

The toilet is superb, superb as in if you used it and you need special process. As foreigner I really can't accept this even I understood that Taiwan old building have such issue but however in a hotel should be improve.Room is too small which I can get better spacious room in some other location with similar price.Due to room is too small and the toilet having a small gap on top of the glasses, when someone doing poo in the toilet what will happen.?Hotel room is able access by public during the night time, and its using magnetic locks like normal office door. Can easily access by public which I think it's kinda new for me as in Hotel.

Everything was clean. Staff was super nice!
