Clean. Big washroom.

Cover of duvet was a bit noisy.

We liked that the room are very spacious - bed and pillow are firm, quiet area and most importantly they have a laundry room for us to wash our clothes before flying back.

The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very thorough. Everyday the room felt fresh. There is also laundry that is pretty simple to use. The breakfast is buffet with many hot and cold options. The people at the front desk werre so quick and professional

The hotel is far from the centre, we were there in the rain so we could not explore the surrounding nature. Probably better for people with car or attending events in the convention centre. Ultimately worth it if you want to save money as there is MRT access.

Location was convenient for the convention center. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean

TV is place in a way that is not very comfortable to watch from the bed.Limited options for dining or convenience stores around the hotel.

The room is not big and the location is close to many public transportations such as train, Mrt and bus.

The breakfast is too plain and repeated. For travelers who stay longer, the food is lack of variety and creativity.

Location is great. And the room facilities are nice. 10 minutes walk from train station. Will choose again.

The hotel is more of hostel rather than hotel. They don’t even provide room cleaning or take out rubbish. The rooms from the road side are very noisy, so it’s difficult to sleep at night. Dirty and old carpet does not appeal either. You have to pay for each hour of late check out which is ridiculous considering the price of the hotel. Be mindful there is also large construction site in front of the hotel so in addition to all the road noises at night, you get woken up very early by the construction noise even on Sunday! Overall, the only good thing about this hotel is staff that is friendly and relatively good location if you need to be close to Nangang exhibition centre.

Clean, comfortable and safe.

Absolutely nothing. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in a very long time. The hotel had no heat and the rooms were around 13C°

Everything, the food was rubbish, the rooms dirty, not heat and the staff were careless about my issues. The hotel is worth not more than $50 per night, definitely not the amount I paid.

we chose the biggest room, and it was BIG. The bathroom was very nice, and it came with a nicely sized bathtub. the water pressure was great! daily housekeeping and every second (or third day...?) bedsheet changing. the breakfast was great, lots of variety. the bed was super comfy too.

it wasnt their fault I guess, but during one of the housekeeping days, my small hugging pillow went missing. it mustve been taken accidentally as it was under the bedsheets. So the housekeepers must have gathered the sheets along with my small pillow. it wasn't an expensive pillow, but i was a bit sad it went missing and they couldn't find it.

The whole package was value for money. Breakfast was simple yet it had all the major dietary requirements fulfilled. On the day of my check out, I had an early flight to catch and hence had requested if the hotel could prepare a simple breakfast of bread and butter. Not only they exceeded my expectations by giving more than I had asked but also packed a delicious Taiwanese Black Tea as well. It was a wonderful experience indeed. The location being so close to Nangang Metro lines and other major transportation means is indeed a great bonus.

Nothing. Everything was exceptionally good that I couldn't find a single item that I didn't like.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was big.

No facilities even the restaurant and the food have minimum options. But restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Been staying with this hotel several times and found it's getting deteriorated. To our disappointment they have not even provided a coffee maker with black, latte, or cuppertino varieties but simply served with a cheap instant coffee kettle...

Good location with a hamburger place close and many others the other way including a Dominoes pizza. I liked the MRT was close (Metro Rail Transport) really close by! No pool. They lock you out of your balcony during seasons.

The bathroom is nice and clean.

The wifi sucks so much. It’s so slow. I can’t even work. On top of that, we requested for 1 king size and 1 double bed for a party of 3, but the double bed is like a single bed only. It’s so small. Also, the breakfast buffet is very limited. The servers are focused more on cleaning rather than replenishing the foods. There aren’t even juices.

Wifi was weak. The room is toooo small with a big bathroom. No wardrobe to put the clothes. We have three people with three suitcases. There are no space can put down and open the suitcases in the room. Just wonder why they have to reduce the size of the room to make a big bathroom. The quality of the room is not fit to the money.
