The staff was really nice.

Location was okay and there were some stains on the wall.

Hotel is small but very clean. Staff is nice and the breakfast is good.

I found a slipper under the bed which means they didn’t clean under bed.

Walking distance from Shilin MRT station and Shilin Night Market. Quiet side of Taipei. Rooms are big enough. The toilet is nice. Aircon, refrigerator, kettle and hot water functioning. Breakfast is good.

There is a stench once you enter the room, though it goes away after turning on the aircon. There is plenty of dust under the TV.

There was no full length mirror and the breakfast was tasty but small and only one set meal was made.

I had requested an early check-in online weeks in advance but received no response. When I arrived at the hotel around 8am after a long flight from Europe, I informed the front desk that I was aware of the cost of early check-in, but was still told I couldn’t check in until 3pm and had to wait in the lobby. I also asked if my luggage could be stored so I could walk around or get lunch, but was informed they couldn’t store bags because their conference room was being used for meetings.

Not being able to flush toilet paper, the room needs updating, not being allowed to eat in the room, the hallway smelled faintly of sewer, uncomfortable pillows

the location in the heart of Shilin district, the staff was really nice, they let us keep our bikes inside a storage room

the room was very small, there were dirty socks in the bathroom from the previous guests which overall didn’t transmit much confidence in the level of cleanliness of the place. Also, if you are a light sleeper, you may be bothered by the school next door as they have hourly bells playing.

This was our second stay in Taipei at this hotel.It's a 5 minute walk to the MRT and Shilan night market.The room was a good size but they could use a handyman for a few minor repairs.The breakfast was great. We asked the hotel staff to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport. The vehicle was clean and we felt safe.The staff were really helpful and attentive

The place is near to Shilin night market and Shilin MRT.Room is spacious and comfortable.Water pressure normal and not so strong but still manage to take bath.Hotel is nice to stay.

We chose this hotel as it is in close proximity to bike rental for cycling Route 1. There is safe bike storage on the property.It's a 5 minute walk to the train station and slightly longer for the Shilin night markets. The rooms are clean and are a reasonable size. Our room had a small balcony but only useful for drying laundry.Breakfast was good and served in a small cafe with a garden area if you want to sit outside.The rooms are not totally soundproof, we could hear furniture being moved above us and a crying baby, but earplugs were provided.

Location and surrounding are not so ideal. There is an abandoned building opposite which I personally don't feel good. There is nothing around there at night, need to walk a distance of dark streets to get to supper places and marts.

This place location is really great, just a few minutes from the Shilin MRT station and near the night market. The staff was super great, very helpful and nice. Breakfast was also pretty good, so don't hesitate to choose that option. The room was clean when I arrived with supplementary water per request, which was great. Definitely will book it again when I return to Taiwan.

The only thing to consider is the outside noise, but if you can sleep with earplugs, then you'll be fine

No frills hotel but fantastic value for the size of the room. There were essentially two interconnected rooms with TWO bathrooms. Rooms were clean. Location was great with a walking distance to Shilin night market. Carpark was easy to arrange. This was a good pit stop before our drive to Yilan.

Lift was a little small. Not advisable to flush toilet paper - just like in some parts of Taiwan.

I like the location and parking. As we need the parking, so we have no choice to stay at the hotel a little bit far from the main road that make this hotel is quiet and good for sleeping. It is unexpected that the location is at the center you can easily go to Shilin market or go to the Zhongshan road for good and cheap food.

My room, superior room is big, but a little bit old. I recommend the superior standard room which is newer and better than standard twin room. Our family stayed at, superior double room, standard twin room and standard double room. There was no shower for flush toilet.

The location is near to Shilin MRT station, but it’s very quiet. The room was very clean and the view is amazing as I stay on the 7th floor.

Very recommended.
