Courtyard by Marriott Taipei

It was EXCELLENT! The view was great, price was great, staff was incredible and the location was perfect. The room itself was also spacious and well appointed

The only downside of the room was that the AC only went to 23c which kept it much warmer than I like.

Great service, spacious and large rooms, awesome amenities!

No central heat, have to use portable heater. Shower overflows- poor design.

Rooms are clean, Staffs are with smile, although lack of experience and efficiency need to improve,

1. hotel Lobby has about 50M distance from the Taxi drop off. not often see the staff to help with luggage from there. 2. A 5 star hotel in a semi remote area and without Swim pool? 3. Ordered Taxi 1 night before, but need 15 min wait morning?

roomy and staff nice, polite.

restaurant kind of pricey

Great location. Convenient parking, shops and restaurants at CityLink mall

It was well connected to MRT and Mall. Transportation besides MRT like Taxi's, Local Train & Uber can easily accessible. Clean modern hotel, spacious room and beds.

Nothing at the moment

The room was nice and cosy. Receptionists at the ground floor were smart and well mannered. Very very good service.

The gym could be better.

Capacity (size)of the room is enough, the cleanliness is maintained. Elevators are timely arrived even in the morning time. The location is very convenient since it is located on the station of several lines bound for east to west.

My family agrees that there’s no negative point on the property.

Too far from tourist attractions.

Hotel is inflexible in changing checkout date. Do not prepay your stay as they will not refund if your check out earlier.

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is great. Love the local culinary experience

Entrance to hotel not known to taxis.

Very cleanNicely furnished Conveniently next to a shopping mall and train station

Nothing to complain

Nothing to complain, everything is exceptional. The staffs are very helpfull. For the breakfast, maybe should upgrade. We ate the same food for 5 days.

Great Location. Friendly staff. Room is clean.

The hot dishes at the buffet were... cold. The quality of the cereals was really poor. You'd expect much better from a hotel of that standing. The location is handy when you visit the Nangang exhibition center (one metro stop away), plus you have the High Speed Rail station easily accessible.

I found a pair of dirty socks in the wardrobe. The bath is poorly designed and plenty of water comes out when you shower.

Late check out

Only downside is it is not located at core downtown. But the hotel is at the junction of 3 railway/metro statuons it is still ok in term of accessibility

The location is great, close to the train station with a lot of shops and food stalls.

very friendly staff, amazing room and beds

The room is clean and comfortable. Right for 4 people.

Front desk personnel has difficulty communicating in english

Tucked away about a 30-minute ride from the main areas. Nangang neighbourhood is peaceful and great to walk around. Courtyard rooms were lush and spacious. Staff super friendly too!

Water runs down your limbs in their shower/bath area and floods the bathroom floors.

Staff are very attentive to requests. The room and facilities are always clean. Location is near the mall and transportation. Easy access to places.
