Jolley Hotel

We really enjoyed the location. It was a nice walkable area by great restaurants and coffee shops. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were a bit firmer than we are used to, but we slept really well!

The room was incredibly spacious and very nice. The staff were very friendly, helpful, nice and pleasant. The location was great - many convenience stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Banks and Post Office are across the street from the hotel. MRT (subway) station and the night market are very close, too. You can get filtered water, brewed coffee, and milk in the hotel cafeteria all day long. The water pitcher provided in the kitchenette in our room was a nice touch (we took it to the cafeteria many times to refill water). And one of the days during our stay was my birthday - when we came back from sightseeing, there was the very cute birthday card from the hotel staff and a box of cookies on the table- that was so nice of them to do that!!

Their laundry equipment. They have one washer, one dryer, and one washer/dryer combined. The washer was OK, but the dryer (electric) was not powerful enough. We ran the dryer for hours, but still the clothes did not get dry completely, so we took the clothes to the coin laundry nearby. There is a coin laundry on the street right next to the hotel (within one-minute walk). They did not have English instructions, but I used the translation app on my phone which worked fine, and their dryer was very powerful (gas-operated). The hotel may mention this coin laundry in their website.

Very rare for rooms that seperated the living room and the bedroom. There are 2 steps in between them and sensor lights was installed along the stairs which was very useful in the night. The whole room was spacious and lots of privacy with a working table slightly away from the TV & sofa sets. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. Love the breakfast area although there isn't a wide spread of selection but it is definitely sufficient to start your day. They have fresh fruit or vegetable juices that you can request from the staff which was great. Location are quite good, near to this donut shop which has long queue daily and behind the hotel there is also a mini night market that you can grab some food. Lots of food surrounding the hotel.

I traveled to Taipei a lot and this is the only hotel that meets my expectations. I have asthma and Taiwan humid weather is not helping and I have to be very picky on picking places to stay. This place has individual AC control with a Dehumidifier feature. I really enjoyed my stay and it will be my hotel every time I travel to Taipei. The room is huge, and washer/dryer in our unit. Staff helped arranged for driver and car for touring wheenever we asked.

Location, room size, AC, washer/dryer are all excellent. The only place I would stay in Taipei for my situation (I need great AC with a dehumidifier). The only thing I can say negatively is the breakfast. It is a great breakfast since I do like Taiwanese-style breakfast but the cost is unreasonable. You can walk out of this hotel and find many places to eat breakfast 2/3 cheaper than this place. If they will improve the breakfast price, I would eat there every day.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was incredible: huge, spacious, and yet comfortablenand cosy. It almost felt like being home. The breakfast was excellent, with amazing fresh fruit and both Western and Asian options (though variety was a bit limited).

Hard to find many flaws. Besides wishing for a bit more variety in the breakfast options, I would also say that while the location is great, it is 10-ish minutes walk away from the closest public transportation option (noticeable with the heat in Taipei).

Location is convenient to go to different part of Taipei via train/taxi. Although you dont get big shopping mall surrounding the hotel, there are nice eatery and small night market just behind the hotel.Breakfast is simple with fresh veg/orange juices available, there are also plentiful of breakfast places around the hotel.

Fantastic boutique hotel in Taipei. We loved the huge spacious room which was immaculate, it even had a kitchenette and huge balcony! There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor which we did not use. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Nice staff. Large room size. Night Market and good restaurant nearby. Airport bus stop nearby. Everything good.

We had a suite and it was perfect--allowed my daughter to comfortably stay with us, plus plenty of room for lounging and recharging.

The breakfast looked a bit uninspiring, so we chose to get Taiwanese breakfast outside of the hotel each day. But not sure because I didn't try it myself.

True to the reviews, we stayed here 3 nights and were very happy with our choice. Baby friendly , good location with 24/7 mart right opposite and a night market right behind. Good service with very helpful staff . Good choices for breakfast even for vegetarians. Clean and spacious rooms with everything from washing machine to baby's sterilizer. Strongly recommended for families with kids especially!

Very cozy interior. It’s similar to one bedroom studio.

Very difficult to adjust the water shower temperature. The bathtub is bit high and the bathtub is slippery. Got to be very careful in and out of the bathtub.

The cafe! It opens 24hours - free coffee, drinks, snacks. Has a balcony - smoking area.Supermarket opposite the Hotel, Family MartNite market nearby- small restaurants.Just 3 mins away from the subway. Room equipped with necessities ie washing machine, kitchenetteThe staff were very friendly and definitely helpful ?

The bathroom is lot smaller than other hotels i’ve stayed at.

Large washer/dryer in the room, nice kitchenette, bidet, comfortable bed, and great staff.

Breakfast needs more variety, especially for vegetarians.

Staff needs more training . Respect customers and keep the noise down while customers are having breakfast, especially towards the end of the breakfast session. Please pay attention to the gutter smell of the bathroom

The room is spacious. but the single bed is too hard. Location is good.

The staff make a lot of noise when cleaning up towards the end of the breakfast time . Better keep the kitchen door close , so as not to disturb the customers so much. And please bear in mind that some customers are still eating in the dining room. Food quality is so so. The toilet has some smell, smell of the gutter.

Corner Suite fantastis for 3 of us - with separate bedrooms and living space , good light and views

The room was big, and cleaning was done every day.

Breakfast was terrible! There was hardly any option, below average spread, leave alone options for vegans or vegetarians. The timing was 7-9:30, that too less.

well equipped - even providing baby bath tub and cot without asking as they new we were travelling with an infant

location could be a bit closer to the main shopping areas but it was still convenient and close enough being only a short ride away
