Not much

Never received email telling me that this address does not do check in. Owner pretended not to speak English when I asked about this. Walked nine (9) blocks in the rain just to get the card key. Don't stay here or at any of the others he owns.

Cleanliness

Its not quite bcoz im in a mixed room. I did not even have a 3hrs of sleep. My roommates are loud and capsule bed are not noiseless

Very strange. Capsule hotel on the higher floors of an old, kinda dingy building. It was clean enough in the main areas, but once inside the capsule room there was a very strong smell that made me quite allergic, probably must or mold I guess. Otherwise, a pretty no-frills capsule hotel. Good price for the location perhaps...

no microwave and no refrigerator , room is have lot of bunch of hair , the sink is dirty toilet is same dirty

It was my first time in a capsule bed and it was a fun experience. There were different buttons to control the lights and the fan. There's a TV inside the capsule, too!Just a heads up. That day I checked in, I found out that there are TWO TW Capsule Hotels. they are on the same street, but it's a five to ten-minute walk between these two hotels. I was booked to stay at the capsule hotel, but I had to check in at their other branch. There were no staff at my actual capsule hotel when I arrived so I had to walk back to the other TW Hotel branch and check in from there. After I got my key card, I again had to walk back to my capsule hotel.But all in all, I had a great stay at this capsule hotel.

Note that this is a minor thing, not a big deal. -- I think the AC in the room was not cold enough and I couldn't see a remote control anywhere. But I do understand that I'm not the only one in the room, so maybe the others didn't want the AC to be cold the way I want it. Or maybe the hotel has a standard room temp to follow.

The location was was quite convenient to the markets, transport and food options. The wifi was really good and the property was well maintained. The beds were a bit noisy in the capsule room, but comfy enough.

Hanging options or extra hooks in the showers would have been really good.

For some reason there are a lot of mosquitoes in the space. In the capsule and toilet and kitchen area. There was alot of noise at night from doors opening and closing. For a night's stay, it was fine.

The theme of the capsules, it sets it apart from others. The internal lighting was also very cool

The common spaces like bathrooms and showers were pretty dirty.

The concept of the capsule hotel is interesting and modern.The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quite appealing.

The price was relatively high for the value offered.There weren’t enough shower rooms, leading to occasional waiting.The air circulation in the capsule rooms could be improved, as it felt a bit stuffy.

The pod had everything I needed. It was convenient.

Weak to no aircon in the pod. Hard bed.

Great location, value for price

The washing machine did not work even though it was one of the reasons I booked this place. There was a coin laundry right across the street so I found a solution, but it was till annoying that I could not wash there. Also, they don have a dryer eitherThe showers/toilets were also a bit dirty.

I liked how you could check in late. My plane landed around 11:30 and didn't get out til like 12:30am. TW Capsule Hotel has a nice process for checking in late customers.

If you're placed in the location that's across the street from Family Mart. It was hard to see where the door was on the 4th floor. If there was a sign with the logo it would've been helpful. Also the rooms get pretty hot. I think it was around 26 degrees at one point. I had to leave the door open at times to let fresh air in and also it can get really musty in there depending on who you room with. It would be nice if the ac was a little bit more colder and also having a air purifier in the room. Also if you're showering there's no area to change your clothes in other than in the shower. Just keep in mind have a water proof bag or something to store your clothes in so you can place it above on the rack.

The beds were comfortable and the lights were pretty cool in the capsule. Good how there was a security code to get into each room and the floor but it did get annoying having to always find the code. Very close to Xiamending and convenience stores.

There were two floors which had “social spaces” however they were just a few seats with a bench so you could eat there. Not social at all unless you made the effort to chat to someone if they were there at the same time. Wasn’t really attracting considering the area was a little dirty. The capsules are noisy when you move just the slightest bit but it would only worry me if someone was constantly moving. FYI the reception is a 3 minute walk from the actual hostel but it didn’t bother me.

It's really a very clean place, workers there, they do everything to make everyone feel good!The location is very good!!! many shops nearby!!

The crowd accommodation! many different types of people come here from different cultures so it's hard to understand why they don't respect each other by behaving and respecting their rest!!

upper capsule bed was really uncomfortable...too small for most guys. i prefer old style double deck beds hahaha

The host was nice, the facilities were clean, the location is central, the capsule was big enough for a tall guy like me and they were enough access codes on doors to prevent anybody wandering from the streets.

I specifically chose this place because it had a washing machine. The spinner did not function. I knew there wasn't a dryer, and i'm fine with that. Good thing i did the laundry as soon as i checked in otherwise my clothes wouldn't have been dry before my flight the next day. The access to the room was through a keypad with sound, so it was a continuous melody, specially given that guest tried several times. I blocked it out with earbuds and music. Minor details all things considered.

Aside from the idea of the room and the capsule bed, it also a in great location where night market is really near. In addition 7/11 and other stores are there in same location?

TW capsule hostel is located in the Ximen business area, it's very convenient for you shopping and finding out local food, the staffs were very nice to help me when I reached there and checked in at later of night. The hotel and the capsule were very clean, it is worth for anyone staying ,David From canada
