The staff is very friendly and the location is very close to the subway.

The room filled with disgusting sewage and mold combined smell, no reduction even with the air condition running the entire time.

Good location(near taipei station and you can easily go subway station through underground street, near Y9 Exit), good service and facilities, with washing machine and dryer provided(including laundry capsules, NTD100 for washing and drying).

The location is very near to Airport MRT station, Taipei Main Station and Taipei Bus Station. Easier for any who like to travel with local transport. Room space size is reasonably big enough.

This hotel is located near to the Taipei bus terminal as well as taipei metro station. The staff were very courteous, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

There is no breakfast provided in this hotel and the laundry and drying machine are available for TWD 80. There is poor sound shielding and you can hear noises when people talk while walking pass your room.

The bed was large, the whole room was clean, and the staff welcoming! I personally loved the lounge's guidebooks, it helped us discuss about what we could visit in the next days

CityInn Hotel Plus – Taipei Station Branch II was an excellent choice. A quick 33-minute airport line train ride from Taoyuan Airport, with the hotel located a short walk from Taipei Main Station. Arrival & Check-In: Arriving late at night, finding the hotel was slightly tricky since the entrance isn’t prominently marked at street level (you take an elevator up to the lobby). However, once there, check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was welcoming. Room & Amenities: My room was modest but perfect for a short stay. Clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with: ✔ USB charging ports near the bed (very convenient!) ✔ LED ambient lighting and a small work desk ✔ A compact but functional bathroom with a tub shower ✔ A small window for natural light While not a luxury hotel, it had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s stay. Location & Exploration:The central location was fantastic for a quick Taipei tour. The surrounding area is lively, with countless food stalls, shops, and convenience stores right outside. Taipei Main Station made it easy to access trains, buses, and the airport line. Final Thoughts: For travelers needing a budget-friendly, clean, and well-located hotel for a short stay, I’d highly recommend CityInn Hotel Plus. It’s simple but efficient, with kind staff and a prime spot for exploring. I’d gladly stay here again on my next layover!

No complaints just realize the hotel is accessed by the street level elevator.

Location. This is what dominates other features. Close to Taipei Main Station, you can access almost every where in the city easily. Also there are a 24-hr convinience store just opposit side of the corner where hotel is located. That made you easy to buy some drinks, snacks and what you need else. The neighborhood of the hotel looks scary at first glance especially in night time. But the inside will turn over your first impression from the exterior of the hotel. The room size is bigger than expected. The room maintained clean conditions. The air conditioner worked well. They offer a safe box in the room, so I could keep valuables when I go outside without any concerns. Also there is a small refrigerator to keep what you bought from the stores.

When you check in, you will be told not to waste the used toilet papers into the toilet bowl. Instead discard them in to the trash can beside the bowl. This made me annoyed in terms of sanitation. If you are specially sensitive to sanitation and smelling, I recommend you to put the used papers in to small plastic bags that you may receive at the night market and tie the grip part and seal, then throw it into the trash can. Next, don't leave the remainder of sweets or Coke cans on the table long. If you do so, you will find a group of ANTS gathering around what you have left on the table. They are very persistent and I had to hard time get rid of them perfectly.Limited time to use the laundary room. The laundary closes at 9 pm. You have to wait until the next morning if you come back to the hotel late at night. One of the tip is tht there is a 24-hr coin laundary about 4 blocks from the hotel. The hotel is like a 5 to 10 mins walk from Taipei main station. There are a lot of local eateries around the hotel. The shopping district is just behind the hotel.

There’s nth I can complain about this hotel.

Perfect location! It is only a short 5-minute walk to Taipei station. Plenty of local food shops are on the street right outside the hotel.

great location minutes from Airport MRT - staff very friendly. Nice little communal area with microwave and water filter - the local neighborhood was great too- lots of little eateries on street close to You Bike stands

My room was totally dark due to no window- not a big deal at all,

Location was very good; just a short 5 min walk to bus station.

I booked a room without windows and it was claustophobic.

Property is clean, staff are friendly, laundry on site and cost $80TWD makes super convenient.

7-10 minutes walk to MRT, situated at an older street.

Toilet bowl no washing backside function as in Japan since cannot throw toilet paper into the bowl. Should use the same kind of toilet paper as in their airport which can be flushed .

The rooms got a bit humid. And the plumbing is old so toilet paper has to be disposed separately.

Only a very few minutes from main station. Side street with food options and relatively quiet. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Location, single floor hote - easier for family to communicate, nearby taipei station (exit Q Mall).

Laundry not sufficient (washer and dryer were of home use so washing and drying took a long time), no bidet toilet, door couldn't lock well (a stranger accidently enter our room even though we closed the door)

The free cancellation deadline time zone from booking.com's confirmation email is misleading and ambiguous. CST can mean Central Standard Time for Canada. While I cancelled my booking before the free cancellation time frame under Central Standard Time, the hotel doesn't acknowledge the ambiguity and charged me the full price. Booking.com needs to specify the exact time zone (e.g. UTC or GMT) in the confirmation email, so people won't be misled.

Second time staying there as the location is very convenient, just opposite Taipei Main Station
