Location is perfect, near main stations with shops and food court underground.

Walking distance (about 7-8 minutes)from Taipei Main Station. Clear sign outside and ground-level lobby visible from street. Well staffed. Room is clean with good toiletries set, and has a good number of electric outlets.

After I completed booking and communicated arrival time (about 11pm) I was informed that I would be charged 350 NTD (about US$---), something not mentioned prior to booking. Eventually, the charge wasn't applied, but I was annoyed all the same.

We came at 5PM (checkin time 3PM) and were told the room wasn't ready yet (already a fail for the hotel) and then had trouble getting a commitment as to when the room would be ready. We got a "sorry" but nothing else from the hotel staff.Additionally, the room was quite cold and the a/c system seemed to have to way of warming the room so we had go get a portable heater and extra duvet from reception.

They had a quadruple room: queen-size bed with queen-size sofa bed to accommodate our family of 4. They had a breakfast buffet with local hot food and continental choices. I love the ginger tea that was ready made. They have 2 washing machines available with dryer complimentary. It was a nice touch for them to give us some goodies for ringing in the New Year!

There aren't enough hooks to hang 4 towels in the bathroom. The nearest metro station is about a 10-15 minutes walk. No gym.

The fact that we had to keep the shades closed because the window faced another apartment.

The location was great to explore nearby Zhongshan and shopping areas. It was a simple room that had everything we needed for our last couple of days in Taiwan. Had enough space for us to place our bags and move around. At night time it was very quiet and had no issues with noise. There is a gym next door called Fit Plant Gym that has a $5 day pass which is great if you are concerned about the hotel not having a gym.

The breakfast was okay as it was included in our price, however it was nothing standout. I request for some more pillows to make the bed more comfortable which they happily supplied. Not the most modern room but good value.

When room temperature is comfortable, the thick blanket is too warm to sleep. Would be nice to have option of thinner blanket.

I was here on a 10 day business trip in Taipei and stayed at K Hotel Tianjin. It was perfect to come back at the end of every day here. The room was clean and has everything a solo traveler needs (mini fridge, safe, desk, table, stable wifi, tea, snacks, electric water boiler, decent closet space), and the bed was so comfortable! The room has a nice Japanese toilet, heated mirror, and the hotel also provided Japanese style bath salts, which is perfect for a good bath at the end of the long day. The water pressure was great and temperature was hot. The tub was a little small but it was very clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had enough variety for both Western and Asian cuisine. The free laundry machines and detergent were really helpful. I also enjoyed the use of the free lounge and bar after breakfast hours to get extra tea and snacks. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel in a safe and quiet neighborhood and in a central location of Taipei. It is about 10 minutes walk from the red and green lines at Zhongshan station, and close to many bus stops. It is also very close to Taipei Bus and Taipei Main stations, which are good for connecting to the airport and high speed rail.

Very minor suggestion, but a few more hooks in the bathroom or maybe a small fixed laundry rack on the balcony would be great to dry some towels and clothes!

Really friendly and kind staff. My room was clean with no weird smells, and the bed was super comfy. It’s about a 10 min walk to the metro, and there are a few convenience stores just a couple minutes away.Free to refill cold and hot water is a bonus during summer visit!

This property is a bit far (10-15 minutes walk) from the closest metro station.

The staff and location were excellent! Its close to several subways in the main train station. The free breakfast was nice! I enjoyed my stay!

The beds were a little hard

The hotel itself was great. All Facilities and breakfast were as expected. The rooms were just right.

its a little far from all points of interest. the walk everywhere is sort of obligatory. It works if you want some quiet privacy end of the day.

The facilities and room were as expected. The Breakfast was good. The check-in was easy and they were quite helpful with our taiwan the lucky land lottery QR codes. They even had parking for a friend who pick us up, and our airport transfers.

The location while central, still is a walk to everywhere including all train stations. After a long day sometimes its not as ideal. I think its a good hotel for business and long stays. For shorter stays, i will book a more central location in the future.
