Exactly like advertisement. Spacious rooms

Breakfast was not as good as expected. Food was not good at all

No microwave oven because the room that we book is no breakfast so we need to bring foods.

Good price, big space and near Taipei city with short bus transportation.

WiFi is super unstable, and I can hear other room’s doorbell clearly.

Close to gondola, appreciated the upgrade with two rooms with doors for our family of 4!

Had to call due to security box and fridge not working, but was replaced by the time we returned. Parking system was a bit confusing. Get there early or it will be full.

It’s says fee parking but if you late to checkin there’s no parking available and you need look for your own .

7-11 and restaurants downstairs, It was close to bus stop, very convenient. Staff was very helpful and our rooms each had a spacious lounge area with couches and TV.

Furniture and decor is outdated, the hotel lobby is very noisy and the breakfast menu is not really catering for other nationalities (no bacon and eggs available)

* It is well connected with public and private transport like Uber * helpful staffs * Every day cleaning and maintenance was very good * moderate breakfast.

* Frequent tourist groups makes more loud in the night * the neighbourhood is too crowded

The room is clean. The facility in the room is nice, too. Good size with bath tub. Not too far from old street.Easy bus to Taipei Zoo and MRT

The corner of the bathtub has a piece of rusty steel. That is not a kid safe spot. A small window but with a nice view.

Nice location, staff are kind and friendly, have 7-11 and Family mart near hotel!Air conditioner and hot water are great, especially on Summer time.Near Taipei city zoo, great place to take children living in Taipei city!

The staff was very helpful. Free power adapters are available (the first two did not work unfortunately, but the third did).

Continental breakfast was rather very limited and lacking. To be fair, the local breakfast seemed to have a wide variety on offer. I didnt have time to explore it unfortunately.Power adapters are required in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. It's an old school hotel, with grand entrance and generously designed space. Event though it is old place, everything was well maintained and working properly.

The room was a bit chilly. The system is controlled centrally, so we couldn't change the settings of the AC.

generally speaking, it's good for holiday visiting Shengkung old street and zoo but not for business
