Good room size, large bathroom. The breakfast is decent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location is a little far from all attractions.

Quiet space away from main tourist areas. Meets my expectations with some exceptional amenities. Its location is within 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest MRT station but has nearby bus stops.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the main spots. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a Jacuzzi.

The room had a mild smell, and it was noisy because there was a construction site nearby. The elevator had a very strong smell, but I believe that’s because the building is shared with other companies

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Checking in was easy. The hotel is close to the night market and old street. They have jetted tubs.

Our first room was not cleaned properly. There was urine in the toilet when we arrived and it did not flush correctly causing clogging. The floor had not been vacuumed and there were ants on the desk. The elevators have an unpleasant smell. Etc. We were shown several other rooms and settled on a smaller one that seemed cleaner at least. The AC in the rooms is quite loud when running and may impact your sleep. The coffee with breakfast was not good.

The location was great, not too far from the Datouqiao MRT station. I enjoyed walking there. The hotel location was close to my favourite vegetarian cafes, which were within walking distance. That saved me from having to catch the MRT. However, it remained kind of noisy at nighttime I heard of some sort of renovation or wall scrapping. This was only a minor issue. I like the availability of the washing machine and dryer. They became very handy for me as the weather was humid and I had to change clothes regularly. My 6-day stay was great overall!

I really liked it here. They were friendly but professional on the front desk. They upgraded my room so I had a hot tub bath. The shower was delightful. Best view from a toilet I've ever known.Comfy bed, fancy lighting, movie service on the telly, free laundry facilities.Cleaners are friendly and replace the water bottles as you use them.I extended my stay here.

Room smelled a bit off, visible dust and mould collected around ceiling vents. Single drying machine shared amongst hotel guests.

Well location and reasonable price, nearby a busy place so you can easily buy at Familymart or 7-Seven or PXmart

Old hotel, too much noise and air-condition seems not good.

The gentleman at the front desk at night, who I forgot to write his name, made my stay so much better. He was attentive and made everything he could to solve my requests! I can't thank him enough for this. I couldn't get a large bed but the staff joined the two beds and added a lining with solved the usual pit between beds. The self service laundry was easy to use and the treadmill was useful too. The large tub was another highlight of my stay here.I was worried that the light from the bathroom would be an issue but as the gentleman explained, the curtains blocked the light completely.

The walls are thing so you can hear the neighbors. Someone was watching tv all night loudly nearby, and I couldn’t sleep. The sound proofing is non existent.Also there is no actual gym. It’s just a tiny room with two treadmills and nothing else. It’s so small there is not even enough space to do a push-up, a complete joke!

Great location and easy to get around. There are bus stops nearby and ten minutes walk to the MRT station. Food is everywhere. The hotel is surrounded by shops, foods, convenience stores, etc. Just 10 minutes walk to the bustling night market. It was very busy during the weekend but it was worth for us to try the food there, especially super delicious BBQ chicken and crispy pork.

Everything went well until we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We knew this can happen but when we search through the bathroom area we saw the big hole and pipe at the back of the sink. So, probably it came from there. Anyway, this was the only unpleasant moment that we experienced, the rest was good though.

Price is way too high compare w similar hotel that charge the same daily cost.Location is far away from MRTArounding area is far away from the center/famous of location......need to transfer 2-3 MRT stationsYou can not cancel the booking and/or total days when you found the hotel terrible condition and location.......they charge you about US$ 90. I have them call the texi/Uber, and I have to wait in outside of building for 45 minutes.The Towers hotel provide are disgusting and very old. The pillow case can see the blood stains.Not an professional hotel.

The location l, there are many bus stop around the block which you can take to tour around taipei. Its more convenient than taking train.
