No elevator.

Location super close to Mrt Y 13 exit from Taipei main comfortable with elevator and walk just small steps to the hotel. Room with breakfast as it surprised me.

Stairs for 5 levels of hotel.It is hard to carry big luggage.Lucky me stay at 2 Floor.The carpet is dirty.

The bed is very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very close to exit 13 of Taipei main station

the hotel has no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow, that is not fit to one with luggage. The room has no window so it is quite humid inside. That is not worth the price.

Location was great.Decent facilities, offer storage of luggage.

It’s very loud at night and the AC doesn’t work in the night, which makes it very hot and humid inside.Breakfast is very basic, and cutlery and plates are not always clean as the guests themselves have to clean those.

The location was very good, a direct under underground walk to Taipei Main station about 500 m

it was more like a hostel than a hotel-no front staff at night, a warning that if you forget your key, the only way you can get in is to pay a locksmith after 10 PM, wash your own dishes after very inadequate, breakfast - dumplings, or toastvery thin walls

Room service was not good. Room was dirty and taps were not working properly.

Location - just outside the Airport HSR station. Free breakfast - bread and dimsum

Late check-in which is 4pm then they will charge you 150 NTD per bag for luggage storage

Super convenient location, just two blocks from an entrance/exit for the airport MRT and steps from a metro station. Lots of cafes and food around. The room itself was perfectly fine, small but clean and had the essentials. We were in a windowless hallway room and it was surprisingly soundproof.

Bathroom smells musty/wet and there was noise in the middle of the night from the neighbors' plumbing (only for a few minutes while they were taking a shower).

They happily store your luggage before and after check in. The location is very convenient. Fantastic water pressure in the shower.

No hand soap provided in the room. I asked about this at the desk and they were dismissive. Funny enough the hallway carpet has a virus pattern to it.... The bathroom fixtures are dated. The room floors were dirty, lots of dust and hair around the step, under the desk, and in front of the bed.

It’s a few steps away from Y13 exit of Taipei Main Station. There’s a free breakfast, the xiao long bao is delicious. WiFi is strong and stable, there’s a router in each room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was better than I expected (given the low room price), good supply of water dispensers with ice cold water, and all day coffee being available in the comfortable lounge was awesome! Also the water pressure in the shower was fantastic and while the room was kind of run down, it had everything you need including a decent amount of space for bags and luggage.

The luggage storage is just some shelves in the hallway by the stairs and doesn’t feel very secure, but there was a camera pointed at the area at least. Seems common in older buildings in Taiwan but you can’t flush toilet paper which just feels weird for westerners.

Room without window. Good for one night or two max. Lovely neighborhood though and close to the main station.

Bed and mattress is very comfortable. Location is great next to Taipei main and the airport line.

No windows, no elavetor, we slept behind the front desk and it was very noisy as other people walk through.Check in at 16 !

The property is non responsive and sends weird messages that don’t apply to the reservation. Very unsatisfied with the entire transaction and their lack of customer service.

It is a little bit out dated , there is no elevator and the steps are not standard .My room was in level 5 and had no issue but if. You have a heavy bags you will be in trouble !

There is a cosy kitchen free coffee and also you can cook.I used the space to work with my labtop.Staff are very friendly and the allow me to use the lounge and kitchen area even after I check out.

Check-in was fast, staff was helpful, and the hostel including amenities and what we had access to was very convenient and helpful for travelers. Not to mention this might be one of the most affordable hostels I've stayed in.

The one bathroom in the room isn't super convenient (loud, had to wait for everything - sink, toilet, shower) not to mention I think it lead to the room be very damp and have a mildew smell (although this is somewhat common in Taiwan, esp Taipei)
