The staff was very nice and knew English very well. I also liked the location and the amenities.

I found nothing wrong with staying here.

Everything is great: location, room, staff, and the price. Will definitely book this place next time I am in Taipei.

Very clean, modern, nice showers, terrific staff.

Rooms are very cramped and not all have windows which can be a bit claustrophobic. Datong is a bit of a mixed bag of an area, a little grittier and grungier than other parts of Taipei.

it is close to the meeting place and clean enough.

it is a little bit noisy, I can easily to hear the door slam of others room.

I liked how it was close to the river but near Ximending and other areas that aren’t overly condensed with richy rich tourists

THE RESTROOM SITUATION WAS CRAZY lol We had only a curtain to cover the toilet and shower because it was all glass. BUT the curtain still had visible areas. That was the worst

About 5 min walk from Beimen station and 10-15 min walk from the Taipei HSR station. Ximending was easily accessible. The room furnishing looks rather new and room was generally very clean and well maintained.

I made two bookings.Another one shows cancelled, which I assume that they made me pay them directly to the hotel without having booking.com in between them. I was supposed to have cash back, but it’s gone now.

The location is 4 mins walk from Beamer station. There is a 7-11 downstairs and family mart across the street. It’s walking distance to Ximending and Da dao cheng . The room is on the smaller scale. You probably can’t leave your luggage wide open at all time.

Great location. Nice clean room with hot showers, ac, safe, bottle water, fridge.

The location is excellent. It’s a 5 min walk from the Biemen train station. One train ride from Taoyuan airport. Also walking distance to Taipei City mall, night market where you can find the best street foods. 7-11 is right next to it! Comfortable bed, staff are very helpful and accommodating. Being able to leave your luggage after check out is a real plus! If we come back to Taipei, will definitely stay here again!

There was a dead cockroach in our room after turning it over. I requested to get a different room and they didnt even apologize nor said anything. I wouldve expected an upgrade at least

Location is within walking distance to Ximending and metro, Taipei main station so accessibility to places good. Convenience shops, eats close by. Staff were helpful. Wi-fi seemed good.

No wardrobe/space for clothes. No window which isn’t big issue but lack of light could be issue if long stay. Aware only curtain to bathroom, but the bed is like a foot from the toilet so a little awkward! Walls were incredibly thin, which is awful (if like us) you are close to the maids cupboard and unfortunately we had terrible neighbours who chose to have 6 consecutive showers at 2.30am in the morning!

The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The location was also close to a couple of stations, so had my choice of train lines and bus routes as well.

As in other comments, the lifts were pretty slow and the wifi even slower.

The location is wonderful, close to the MRT and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful.

The wi-fi is unstable and slow

small room, creaky bed, but very clean, bed made daily. Location was great can walk to Dihua district, metro, riverside and Ningxia night market. However their window room is very noisy if you keep the window open. I don't like their 3in 1 coffee, their coffee machine in the lobby is not practical as there's no cups provided. You would have to go down with your own 125mL cup twice to get your regular serve of coffee without sugar.

Coffee, milk and sugar should be provided separately. Bigger room, better bed, another mirror outside the bathroom, and more than 1 chair in the room.

Bathroom was spacious, room was clean and staff were very helpful.

The internet was quite patchy and one side of the bed was against the wall.

The room is clean and bed is comfy. The shower in bathroom is good and toilet is clean. The hotel is closed to the Airport MRT station. This is an excellent choice of hotel for catching up the train to airport for an early morning flight. Overall, it is good place to stay for a short stay.

The sound at the hallway outside the room is quite noisy from 7.00-18.00.
