The location was excellent, within walking distance from the train station. The breakfast was simple and minimal - but quite adequate

The room size should have been at least slightly bigger. With a double bed, there was hardly in room left to move around.

Extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff members and location close to main train station. A snack bar is available, nice teas in the room too.

The first room we got with two single beds was extremely cramped and awkward. The beds were on a raised platform accessed by a few steps, with space underneath to store luggage. There wasn’t much room for two people. The second room I stayed in by myself was a family room and that was considerably more spacious and comfortable.

Love that is has a little snack corner and an area for children to play. It's also quite convenient to to night market as well.

The location is very convenient. It is an easy walk to Taipei main station. We were travelling as a family with young children so the sweet room, the play room and free use washing machine were very much appreciated.The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English well.

As many other reviews mention, the rooms are very small and tight for space. We spent nearly all day out, so it didn't bother us much. Also, as we were expecting it, we were prepared for it.

It's exceptional! Absolutely lovely place to stay! My kids are spoiled by Bee House. Very warm services. The place is clean and tidy. Love the snack bar and reading room. Thanks for the drip bag, very delightful nights here.

No! It's perfect!

Location was great as it took about 5-10 minutes to reach Taipei Main Station. Also, many things/shops/ near by. We could walk to Ning Xia night market from the hotel. We haven't booked with breakfast option so no comments on that. They provided us with free snack/candies every night where we could took anything on the 3rd floor in the plastic bag the gave us when check-in.

The room design for 3 beds was not that good compared with another 3 beds room type we booked in Koashuing. This one was so compacted. The size was the same 23 m2 but we thought that they arranged the room design wrongly and made us feel not enough space.

Before you read other reviews, please understand that Asians are generally smaller people so the room size was just perfect for me and my wife (I'm 174cm or 5"9). The place is near the train station and convenience stores and a short bus away to other tourist destinations that you may want to see. The free snacks, driving sim and the library is a nice touch. They do have a bakery downstairs too and I would recommend it. This place houses a bathtub and a bidet (like Japan) so if you want to clean your bum, this is one of the few places that does it for you.

Sometimes you can hear knocking. Nothing scary or haunting but I think it's just the doors closing but it's not that distracting.

It's in a good position not far from central station and a large shopping centre. Helpful and friendly staff. There is also a small laundry, a games room and a free snack bar. Breakfast was good if you liked eggs. The bed was comfortable and the room was at a good temperature.

The rooms are very small and the economy rooms have no window. If you were the smallest person in your class, then the shower was made for you. My husband is 6' and the shower head was at his chest height. The breakfast room was small and often crowded. Breakfast had only one non egg dish.

Room is not big but has everything you need. The only drawback is the acoustic insulation that is not good, but we could rest without major problems. The localization of the hotel is perfect. Close to the MRT. You can get to the airport within 1hour. It is very easy to find the hotel and there are thousands of stores in the neighborhood.

You can hear noise from other rooms, specially doors closing.

Cleanliness and location. Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from TPE MRT express. Take exit Y13 and just walk straight 2 blocks. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are decent size. Free water bottles are provided. Dihua shopping area is 15 minutes walk, Xinending is about 25 minutes walk. Staff is the best!

Due to the large area of Taipei main station, the hotel is quite far from MRT zone of the main station, the room is very small, not enough space to open 2 luggages at the same time

It is a convenient location from Metro station.

The room is small and tight, no space for luggage or for sitting, no desk.

The staff, the location and the way the rooms were designed to allow two people with 2 big luggage to be comfortable
