Ximen Le Room Hotel Kaifeng Taipei

The hotel and room is decent, comfortable and clean, the staff is accommodating and friendly, housekeeping staff are very good, when we return to the hotel our room is clean and tidy, good breakfast, coffee and drinks are available the whole day, taipei main station and ximending is just a walking distance, close to a lot of cafes, local and int'l restaurants, fastfood and bars.

The location is great, walking distance to train, metro station, and easy access to food. Breakfast is very nice, different choices and healthy. The staff are friendly. Room is clean.

Only thing is the size of the room is really small. My double room I booked was too small for us after we checked in on the spot, it’s so small that we couldn’t turn around in the room. So we had to upgrade to a little little bigger room by adding more money, even though it was still small. But I think this is In Taipei. Anyhow it was a nice stay.

It's situatet close to Central Station.

The room had 3 small beds - no space for more!It was noisy from the corridor and we could hear the use of bathroom next door!The window has a wall in front in 1 meter distance....

I wish the rooms were bigger and I wish there were more single beds that you don’t have to share with someone else.

clean and good location. Friendly staff who accommodated our request to leave our luggage at the reception when we arrived on an early morning flight, and room was ready on time.

Hotel corridor was dusty but rooms were clean.

- This hotel located in great location where we can walking to Taipei Main station & Ximending night market and many restaurant around (Recommend 良品牛肉麵，恆記港式燒臘...). - The room is too small, clean, breakfast provied is ok. - Friendly, helpful staff. - We can leave luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out.

The soundproof is very very very bad, i can hear the sound of running water from the next room, the other room talking at night.

The location is good. We often walked to xi men ding. It took about 10min. I won't say the hotel is very close to the Taipei station. It took almost 15min from the hotel to the platform. There are a lot of bus stops around though. The staff were helpful and kind.

It's NOT clean. The room wasn't very clean even on the first day and it got worse to the extent that I had to ask them to stop cleaning the room. The towels were absolutely NOT usable. There was literally a hole in one of the towels. The beds and the duvets were comfortable but the duvet covers and the bedsheets were not very clean. I could always find hair and dust on them. There was dust everywhere, even on the desk which I assume was not hard to clean at all. The shower curtain was a nightmare. I was hoping that I could take a bath in the tub but the shower head and the shower curtain made me give up. I hope they would improve hygiene and at least change the very very old towels and sheets. Before that, I definitely won't go back or recommend anyone to stay there.

Room is small though photos display otherwise. There was no closet and we had to use table for our luggage. Check in staff is not friendly and is impatient, he could be overworked :(hotel is undergoing renovation and carpet on room corridor is dirty.

The staffs are very accommodating and the location is perfect since it is near the mrt main station. The breakfast food was amazing since new staple food is served everyday. The room service is available everyday and they refill our tolietries as well. I recommend the hotel for fist time travellers in taiwan since it is not quite far from the station. Overall, my family had a good stay in Taiwan and we look forward to visiting this place again soon! ?✨️??✈️??

We can easily hear the noises outside the hallway and upstairs.

Very close to Taipei Main Station & Ximending. Convenience stores is just few steps away. staff is also nice. Room is clean, cozy, just perfect for a tourist stay. Price is reasonable. I love their design and how they organise stuff in the room, very neat, small but still comfortable. Bath is also available, so you can soak yourself in warm water after a long exploring day in Taipei. All equipments is fairly new. They also have nice English explanation about how to use things inside the room.

5 mins walk from Z10 exit of taipei main station. Room was decent sized vs price.

As the hotel is undergoing renovation/ improvement works, the general area is dirty and room was dusty. Guests were not informed in advance and there were no lobby area for guests to wait/ free fruits as advertised on their website. The room door was slightly faulty as well. To top off, while the recep staff understandably kept to the strict check in timing of 3pm, they did not offer any form of early chk in options. At 2.59pm, the same staff was smoking outside despite knowing guests were waiting to check in. While taiwan is generally known for their service standards, it seems that the same said service standard is lacking in this particular hotel property.We did not enjoy the check in process, and would most likely stay at other options in future.

Exceptional

The Room is not soundproof i can here next room talking very loudly.They slammed the door when they out and in .hotel need to put signs KEEP QUIET.
