The location was great and the staff were very helpful! The room was small but clean and good amenities.

The breakfast wasn't that great.

Close to Taipei Main Station. Easy for the first timer to get around the city.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit hard to control. We experienced some humidity even when the temperature was set to 24°C.

The hotel location attracted me first hand. It’s walkable to Ximending. It looks near to the Taipei main station. However, a bit far from Airport express train station.

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, I could see hair around when we first checked in. Also, it’s purely lack of maintenance the hotel itself. The stain in bathroom and ceiling could be clearly seen. I doubt the rating of this hotel.

Great location, you can walk yo most sites, and kind staff. Storing our luggage was a plus.

No parking

The bed was incredibly comfortable and you're given two pillows - one soft, one firm. Very spacious room for the area, with great lighting. Bathroom is clean, shower pressure is great. Location is perfect since it's walkable from Taipei Main Station.

The WiFi speed was atrocious. It connects fine, and has great signal, but it takes a few seconds just to load a Google search, and often disconnects. Very frustrating when you're just trying get low bandwidth tasks to load.

Location is great. But...1. Room was clean but very small. There was no place for my bags or to unpack my clothes2. The 'free beer" is a nice touch but only good at the cafe across the street from 9am to 5pm.

A lower cost due to the size of the room.A realistic "free drink" offerFixing the "out of order" clothes washer would be nice. 1 of the 2 machines was not working.

1. Cleaning rooms only once every 3 days2. Extremely uncomfortable mattresses, blankets, and bedsheets. Mattresses are super soft and super short in length. Bed sheets are slippery and not breathable

Great location

Room was a bit small. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The hotel itself is very centrally located. A little on the smaller side of things, but that's fine - it was still comfortable and very clean.

The fact that they don't offer daily housekeeping unless you're staying for longer than 7 days.

Location was close to Taipei Main Station, within 2 city blocks and dozens of food/convenience stores right outside the front door. Free milk tea/matcha milk/chocolate milk in the lobby for guests.

After a day of traveling around town, we came back and found a small baby bug on the bed. We notified staff, but due to a fully booked hotel, we were not able to be moved into a different room. Instead, we had the sheets changed.

Very conveniently located for public transit and hopping neighborhoods, this a well-organized, welcoming, and comfortable hotel. The beers and dinner included are a nice touch!

The WiFi was terrible. The room didn’t get dark so I recommend a sleep mask.

Staff were excellent. Location is close to Taipei Main Rail Station.

There was no breakfast included. The Wifi in the room was extremely poor (even after we were provided with an additional router). There is no daily room cleaning service.

Great location, short walk to Taipei Main Station. Many places to eat nearby and 10 min walk to Ximending. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable. I appreciate that we could refill our water bottles downstairs. Thank you for the snacks in the room as well.

The toilet room is a bit cramped and the walls near the toilet could be cleaned.
