Leaving, clothes were stolen; staff only said they would ask housekeeping. They never did. The lockers are big.

That should not be rated as a hotel. It was a hostile with a couple of rooms on the floor. It was dirty. The towels were dirty and look like they haven’t changed them in years..full of stains, when I asked for clean towels (did not clean the room) . We had to carry down the dirty ones to the desk and then proceeded to tell us they were missing one. The rooms are located in the same area as the hostel. The hostel area had flooded (pics) And you had to climb over people to get to the elevator. People just sleeping with their doors open in the room across from us. The walls are paper thin. You could hear the water every time the toilet flushed above, it was so loud I thought the ceiling was going to cave in. I have a video, but unfortunately you cannot upload videos to this review. Not to mention, you could hear the person above you having a bad dream because the walls are so thin. Definitely not worth the money.Let me add that booking.com has reached out to this property and they have refused to respond for over a month now… this is not a place for someone travelling alone. As there is no one at the desk throughout the night. They leave at 9 PM.

The location is pretty good and the staff are so friendly

The bathroom is dirty and smelly, the bedroom door is too loud when closed, disturbing those who are sleeping, the glass is dirty and the floor is sticky.

The location was very convenient in Ximending area, and the price was very good

Nice and clean environment, and people are mostly very quiet. Staff are great too.

Washrooms were kind of limited (only two for 10-20 people). Room layout wasn't the best (door was right beside my bed; the door was creaky too and the door opening broke my bunk bed curtain and pulled it onto the floor).

Location is very good, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, Ximen night market is just a couple of blocks away. The room we stayed was a little narrower and older, but the staffs were very nice and helpful, they have a common area with dining tables, TV, refrigerator and microwave, they provide coffee, juices and bread with jam in the morning, very good value.

Nice balcony view, good area to hang clothes outside to dry, included breakfast (toast, jam, coffee and tea), multiple showers and bathrooms. Good common area.

Not very clean, bathrooms aren’t very clean and everything is always soaking wet. Bedrooms are dark, no windows. AC always on so it’s cold and humid.

The room alone was good and the bed, the provide free water, the lockers are spacious. And the location is good near the train station kinda and some attractions

There is only three bathrooms/toilets for few rooms, my had 24 people alone. So its not enough for all the people, there was a queue.

Very cheap accomodation in great location. Free beverages in the lobby.

Wall sockets in bed bunk only usb 5V 2A. My phone was actually losing charge while plugged in. Regular sockets are available in the lobby, but you need to sit there while your phone charges, can't charge overnight.

Everything was perfect, location and facilities and cleanliness. The staff is very friendly.

A strong cigarette smells on our last night and disturbed our sleep. Soundproofing not the best.

Great location - literally right on Ximending Street and very close to Taipei Main Station, making it super convenient to get around the city. I also found out they provide breakfast only while writing this review, which was a nice surprise. For the price, it’s exactly what you’d expect.

The room gets a bit warm when the blinds are closed; was sweating throughout the night. It’s also a bit inconvenient having to carry the key card with you every time you go in and out of the room. Additionally, you can hear noise when people are talking outside the dorm. But overall, the excellent location makes up for these small issues.

Everthing that you need as a Solo Traveller is there. Free Juice, Water, Tea is a huge plus.

No staff at night is a pain. I locked my key in my locker by accident and had no way to get it out until morning

Fantastic location. Rooms with private bathroom are not huge but big enough. Very comfy beds. Make sure you check the instructions for your arrival as the hotel is a bit challenging to find on your own. The staff is also very kind.

The bathrooms are not very comfortable. Everything works fine, but the shower is leaky and the toilets are just weird. Shower window curtain was a bit moldy and there's not a lot of space for your toiletries. The rooms in general could probably use a refresh but they were very clean overall.

Place was nice and in a great location. The room was so hot and had zero airflow so didn’t smell that nice. Everything else was great.

I liked the location. It's very convenient to Ximending. I can easily just walk there. The staff we're great. They tried to fix my issue with the tv. And they reserved the solo room for me.

The walls are so thin. When someone was using the bathroom beside my room it was crazy loud! Walls weren't sound proof and guests we're really loud didn't care if there we're people resting. TV was so hard to use. Had to get some help with it twice! The remote wasn't functioning well!
