ideal location with friendly staff i was very impressed...at night very quiet with little or no traffic noise

Convenience clean n friendly. Hotel not new but clean, near by MRT. Hotel allowed me to drop luggage at hotel one day before my check in date (since i heading to south for one day).The hotel is disability available (not sure how i end up with disability access room type and my staying period, hotel quite fully booking cannot change or upgrade). I first indeed felt strange as if i in hospital, but later i think it is quite thoughtful as not seen so much hotel having such type. And i love the idea.....the hotel welcome peoples not only young strong person but old and unstrong physical.

Breakfasts were good during our 6 day stay. The staff were friendly.

The dryers for laundry were not working properly.

Location and breakfast were exceptional. The hotel is very close to Zhong Shan MRT station, where is very easy to go anywhere. Also, Zhong Shan district is full of stores, very convenient to find food and shop around. Breakfast was free, good fruits and veggie, decent quality and flavor. Staff is friendly.

We were in floor 7, where a bit of noisy in the morning. I guess that breakfast was in the floor 8 so staff had to prepare food early morning and guests would come start at 6:30A. The shower ceiling is low and space is small, for guys like me, I am 6'4.

The location is the best part of staying in this hotel, the MRT is within 5 minutes walking distance. Many restaurants to choose from and local stores to explore. Friendly staff. The breakfast is not fancy but adequate with fresh fruits, veggies, cold salad, breads, soup and a few hot dishes. The lounge is 24 hour accessible to get coffee and tea. The laundry is free including the detergent.

It is a small, old hotel with only one elevator; the furniture and carpet in our room were pretty worn-out. The staff is doing a good job to make everything clean.

Location is superb. Breakfast is great. Facilities is wonderful. I loved the service. My son left his laptop and front desk is very helpful to retrieve it back. Thank you very much!!!!

The location is premium. Tons of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. A conviene store family mart is next to the hotel.

The facility is a bit outdated, still very comfortable to use though.

Actually, nothing

The staff were kind enough to let me change room due to the neighbour upstairs stomping.

As the room’s door is quite heavy so changing rooms didn’t make things better and even though the hotel has listed soundproof, it’s not very soundproof to other rooms doors slamming and upstairs neighbors stomping around.

Big room and comfortable bed.

MOLDY smell. Was very bad in my first room. I changed and the second was better but not good. I'm not particularly sensitive, but if you are do not stay here if you have problems with mold. The hotel is in the process of changing some old carpets which I hope will help, but they need to change pretty much everything and maybe deep clean the AC units.

Location is good and that is the reason we change our stay to here.

Booking.com didn’t specify the Eco-Friendly program has no room service, I need pay extra fees for room service and I even need bring my own toilet paper or bath gel if I needed.

Nice finishes and a large, comfortable room.

The A/C struggled to keep the room cool, and while our quad room had a sliding door between the beds, the A/C vent was only on one side, so it wasn't pleasant to leave closed.The first room we were in developed a slow drip from the ceiling, so we had to be moved.

Good location.Despite they only check in us at 15:00, the staff was amazing.Ladies at the canteen are amazing. Very clean. Breakfast is wonderful.

The hotel was under renovation, and it was extremely noisy....to a point that I had to move to another floor.The room was very old, and had residual smell from smokers that used to live in the rooms.

it really is in a good location in terms of getting to the train or bus station and also historically important areas of Taipei. Also, if I liked the unique top of the building that has a graded ceiling that adds to the curtains.

I loved the breakfast except for a few of the dishes, which I feel like should just be forgotten, never mind having hotdogs for breakfast.

The location is fantastic. The front desk staff are really nice and helpful. I will give 10/10

The moldy smell is true. But I stayed only one night so I could still handle that well.
