Had a good basement game room and place to sit and eat. Water was available for drinking.

Washer was broken. Room bathroom not very private.

The smile of the lone female staff at the reception was the lone bright thing about this hotel.

Everything else. It is a terrible place and I don't recommend anyone to actually stay here. Boy's rooms are on the underground, and the room was so suffocating (even with air-con on) I couldn't breathe for much of the night. The bathroom was extremely dirty. And there was only one sink for 30+ rooms. So there's a huge queue for people waiting to use the sink, since no matter what you want to do (teeth brushing, washing hands, doing your hair, or just plainly looking at your mirror) there's a huge queue in front of you since there's only one sink for the entire floor. Amazing, ain't it?

The staff was really great and super helpful! The location was also really great and close to the main station. The price is also very good, especially for people on a budget. The availability of washing and drying machine is convenient.

The building itself was run down, (which is okay), but the rooms definitely looked like they weren’t unkept for a while. There was black things in the shower (mold maybe?), the rooms walls were scratched, and didn’t look clean. The staff didn’t clean my room once during my entire week stay, you had to specifically request that. They don’t provide towels (you have to pay extra), which I’ve never had to pay extra for at any previous hotel I’ve been with. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, and would only recommend to solo travelers on a really tight budget staying for a night or two. I wish next time, they cleaned more often, at least every 3 days.

I like it because it looks cool. And it was my first time to sleep into a capsule bed.

nothing really, i mean some specific things like you need to be quiet 'cause you're not the only person in the room, it's pretty normal in this kind of hotel.

It was alright, clean and decent for the price.

The beds were up and the stairs going there was very tiny. It was very stressful going up or down the bed. Weird design.

The location was great! Private room was okay for the price I paid. Sink is outside the bathroom but that wasn’t a problem. Overall a great stay for quite a cheap price.

Bring your own towel and toiletries like toothbrush if you don’t want to pay extra for them. But that wasn’t a problem as I was prepared for this and afterall it’s a hostel.

Good location, close to train station, bus stops, youbike and ximen district where you can find markets and many restaurants We had a private room which was small but enough for what we needed

The stairs to go to the upper double bed is really dangerous and the room has no proper ventilation so it feels pretty wet inside (wet towels barely dry)The shower takes 5-10 min to get warm

The restroom gets crowded during peak hours but you get what you pay for and can choose to get a room with private bathroom.

Great location: easily walkable to main train station, shopping districts, and several MRT lines. Room is tiny, can't really imagine staying there if we had a suitcase with us, but had what we needed to catch a breath on a full day layover - a clean bed, a warm shower and a/c. Self-checkin outside of reception hours was also easy and straightforward with the provided instructions.

the capsules are modern and comfortable, but mine was not very clean. the staff is very helpful and the shared areas are well equipped

Nice staff, space to eat and work

Dirty and smelly toilets. Room was in a basement that had poor air quality. Room was either too hot or too cold with air conditioning. There was no window or air vent for fresh air. No one socialised or seemed friendly.

Best location. Super clean room and toilet. Staff nice and helpful. Big compound and many table and chair for work or social activities.

We booked a room with a shower but we did not get towels. When we asked for towels at the front desk we had to pay 80 Taiwanese dollars for just one towel. That is really ridiculous if you book a room with private shower. Also the only washing machine was broken...Quite inconvenient.

Laundry machines did not work and the room at an uncomfortable smell to it, which seemed to come from the bedsheets. It was not to intense though.

The pods are awesome, its clean. Wifi was strong. Bathroom is good as well. Location is excellent. You can leave your luggage there after checkout.

The kitchen is not equipped, not even a spoon...that was disappointing. I dont think that the artifical air is healthy if you sleep there more nights ??
