- Staffs are friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Adequate facilities, amenities and food on site and in the surrounding. It's an awesome choice for budget stays.
- I’m traveling with my senior citizen mom and all of our room request are addressed properly. They immediately replied whatever I ask questions here on the chat as well even early morning which is nice.
- It’s conveniently located near a 7-Eleven, making it easy to access food, coffee, and tea. Additionally, we received pineapple cake as a New Year’s gift.
Cons -
- The shower area is not completely separate from the rest of the bathroom, as there is no door or curtain that seals shower area.
- The room, along with the pillow, had a very strong musty odor. We had to request a replacement pillow during our stay.
- they don't have slippers inside the room and the room is not sound proof! no free coffee, no free toothbrush

Disappointing
they don't have slippers inside the room and the room is not sound proof! no free coffee, no free toothbrush
The themes of each room, near train station. Near to nice eateries and shopping.
Very bad soundproofing and we couldn’t sleep as next door neighbor was too loud till late into the night. Not recommended if you intend to have good nights sleep.
Not far from subway, about 5 minutes walk and on the way to subway there are many shops and restaurants. In front of the hotel entrance is 7-11 and across a road have yakiniku restaurants which recommended.
Convenient location.friendly staff. Each room with different theme and design is cute. Use of washing machine and dryer for free.
Sometimes toilet need to be flushed twice as quite weak
Very good hotel for the price and location. Banqiao is very convenient to travel
As with most hotels in Taipei area, the ceiling was low and the building itself was quite old. But i understand it was unavoidable
Clean room and nice staff
Very convenient, just walking distance to the train station. The bed is very comfortable.
