Small but cozy and clean room. Staff is friendly and the hotel is not far from the main attractions.

Very conveniently located to lots of good restaurants and not far from the metro. Staff was helpful and courteous. On-site breakfast was great! Didn’t use the gym but did use the laundry facility.

AC in room blew warm air; hallway and outside was much cooler than inside the room (temp set to lowest setting; staff came to assist).

Bed was huge and very comfortable. Rooms and surroundings were clean and kept. The train and bus stations were very close by so getting around was pretty easy. There are 7 elevens and family marts near the hotel for necessities and late night snacks. Breakfast offering was decent - mostly local food with a bit of western choices - my kids enjoyed the pickles and the sticky rice with coconut milk porridge. 24 hour free coffee and tea at the lobby was helpful specially when we had to leave by 6am for our flight back.

Big room and confortable room in a great neighborhood surrounded by really nice places to eat.Conveniently near green line, Nanjing Fuxing station.Good breakfast with different options both of local and international food.

Second time staying there, I like its simple boutique style. Staff is great, room is clean, bed is comfy.

The only issue I have is the blanket is really really warm (not sure if it's down comforter or what).

Convenient to MRT Green line a block away and 10 minute walk to Breeze shopping mall. Breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of Western and Asian options.

The location was pretty good with easy access to MRT stations and bus stops. The breakfast was yummy and had different options every day. Friendly staff!

The electrical socket is not next to the bed. The room is a little small.

Hotel was well located-2 blocks from MRT. Staff outstanding-friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet excellent with variety of options. Room large with large bathroom. Washer/dryer a plus. Outstanding restaurant Li Yuan 2 doors away. Staff of hotel always smiling and willing to help with taxis, information.

Quiet room with balcony overlooking the street. Check-in/out was efficient. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food available. Plenty of eating options close by. Short walk to the MRT with the station servicing both the green and brown lines. Area felt safe.

Only minor. Couple of days the maid service was late. The coffee machine in the lobby broke down over the weekend (it happens)

There’re ac outdoor units attached to the wall of my room. Very noisy.

Good communication. We appreciated the possibility to check in earlier and check out later. Great service. - Nice rooftop - Ellie is the best. She was always everywhere and when you needed something she helped out immediately. I guess she's the secret hotel manager.

Breakfast didn't have much to offer for western people. It seemed like a good Chinese breakfast but that's what Europeans eat in the evening. One morning there where mostly western people at breakfast and there was a run on scrambled eggs cause toast and scrambled egg was actually the only option. They should offer a larger variety of fruit and at least boiled or fried egg for a broader range of customers. - The fire alarm is like a disco. It's flashing. I had to cover it up in order to sleep.

Very convenient location in the heart of Taipei within walking distance of a small neighborhood night market and a central MRT station.

Room was dated, could have been cleaned more thoroughly and so so amenities. Definitely not enough outlets if you have several “devices” to charge.

The receptionists are very helpful.

The pillow is low and just not suitable for my neck. They don’t have other pillow options. Therefore I highly recommend the hotel to prepare some other types for backup.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Loved having a balcony! Room was clean and had everything we needed!

Very modern facilities & the laundry room on the top floor came in very handy! Also, the front desk staff were always so friendly and helpful.
