- Cleanliness was the most terrible I’ve ever seen. Many hair was on bed. Not worth 3 stars. Everything was outdated. Hallway smelled like wet dog. Stayed for New Year’s Eve for partner’s birthday celebration and had no warm water to shower! Only a little bit of toilet paper provided which wasn’t enough for two people and one night only.

- Few of the facilities didn’t open during my stay and I couldn’t use the whirl pool, steam room, original hot spring. Kid’s slide was old and rusted looking. Bugs floating around the pool. I understand it’s outdoor with surrounding nature, but the employees could have use the net to clear out better. The TV in the room wasn’t even in clear signal, I do not feel enjoyable staying in the room. It’s worth the outdoor activities but not for stay.

the property is clean and the facilities are amazing, the staff is super helpful and they helped us with everything although we didn’t speak Chinese. super recommend
The spa bath in the room
The metal sheets of the roof were damaged and were banging loudly from the wind. The room was not in the main building and there was nothing luxurious about the walkway through the back of the building to the room.The place felt dated. Breakfast was pretty average.It surely wasn't worth the 3900 twd per night.
