Great location that has easy access to the MRT, Night market, shopping, and food options

We stayed a business room on the third floor and the Wifi access was extremely weak. We ended up connecting to “Just Sleep” which had a stronger connection but still weak. Also, we stayed in January and there was no heat available.

Good location and spacious room. I also like the breakfast

Room size was very nice & big. Breakfast service & staff were extremely nice & good selection.

Towels were old & threadbare, very rough. Bed sheets had red stains. Lots of traffic noise very early every morning. Elevators were all boarded up with plywood.

location was perfect we enjoyed ximan, breakfast was good and bathtub was plus for us.

Big clean room, breakfast with ample choices, the building is new, and the location is good.

The carpet is difficult to maintain

The property is across the ximending and the waiting area before you check in is comfortable.

Nothing just some of the staff in the breakfast buffet area is not that accommodating

LOCATION!!! literally metro station in front, steps away from Ximending night market, bus stop in front, walking distance from shops and restaurants.Luggage storage for early arrivals, comfy bed, clean bathroom, friendly staff.

No public washroom in the lobby. Breakfast could be better, limited options.

The property could use a deep cleaning in the room carpets, window drapes and shower curtains . All of these had stains, moldy smells and dirty. Upon walking into the hotel lobby it always had a strong smell of sewer or something rank. It was also always pretty noisy outside whether music was playing from neighboring businesses late past 0200 at night or the busy road traffic outside.

The hotel has good location, very near to shopping destination. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The property is probably old and toilet has minor leaking.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from Ximen Station and close to many shops, eateries, and attractions. It made getting around Taipei incredibly convenient.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful.

Encountered a slight communication issue. I had pre-ordered halal breakfast, but unfortunately, this request was not communicated to the kitchen, so it wasn’t available as expected. This was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Excellent location, cleanness, breakfast, and staff communication.

Hard floor should be easier to maintain than carpet.

Location was great, rooms very comfortable, good value for money

Breakfast wasn't our favorite (coffee was decent though), we in general don't like carpeted floors, which was the case, but of course this is a very personal dislike.

5min wall from XiMenDing Night market and Taipei Main Station. The lady on the check in counter is so friendly and helpful. I like air conditioner keep me a good sleep so well all night.

Central location. Easy to find.Next to bus stop and 7min walking distance from Main Station. Reasonable sized room.Friendly reception.

Street side room was noisy. Could hear all the traffic sounds from the street and internal plumbing sounds. Definitely some what’s that sound moments that went for awhile then stopped, so i assumed it was plumbing. No usb or cable ports in the room. Needed an adapter. $200 deposit from reception to get one of those. The only hotel in Taiwan who did that.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. They provided tea sachets and drip coffee. It is also very near to Ximending.

No heat in hotel, staff didn’t seem to care

No heat in the hotel rooms at all. I was not informed on my late night check-in. I had to figure it out myself; the front desk brought up an inadequate area heater. I wanted to check out early because the room did not have heat, but the front desk staff resisted this request. Eventually management agreed and provided a refund for the unused night. A very poor customer service attitude at this hotel.

Clean. Good location.

Pillows were uncomfortable.
