No basin in WC room which is separate from washroom in their 4-person room No cloth hangers

Location to MRT was excellent. The hotel is located at the heart of a busy shopping district. Very convenient to get around.

Hotel is located in between floors of a high rise. Nosy and lacks proper ventilation. Staff was unresponsive to the air compressor water overflow issue we had. Not recommended!!

Having a room during Chinese new year

The hotel was near to the Taipei Main Station, a 5-10 min walk away; there are a lot of eateries around the place such as McDonalds and Sushiro. The management gave clear instructions on how to reach the hotel; staff was friendly and approachable, the room was spacious and clean.

The location and cleanliness

There is no closet. I couldn’t hang my suite & shirts.

Good location, just a short walk from Taipei Station. Is just above McDonald's and Sushiro (in same building), and surrounded by eateries too!

Very good location with so much food just down the hotel. 2 mins walk to main Taipei station, exit K12. Recommend for a quick 1-2 days stay.

The toilet was not very clean and you can hear people footsteps while sleeping. Walls are not thick enough.

I do not like the floor grouting in the toilet, it’s black and dirty. The toilets in the rooms are dirty

I liked the location, it was very central to food and the main station. da'an park is nearby and worth a walk. Check in and check out was straight forward. Everything was as advertised.

Convenient location

The rooms were not sound proof. I could hear people from other room around and from the corridor. The room were also much smaller than what I was expecting on picture. When I left in the morning, the security guard was snoring on the floor in the middle of the hallway…

very small rooms. A bit difficult to find so carefully read the instructions provided by the hotel prior to arrival. Very close to the main train station. Staff is very nice. McDonalds on the 1st floor opened 24/7.

it is the smallest room I have ever seen in my life. And I travel a lot. The problem is that I travelled from Japan and the hotels there and anywhere in the world are barely comparable. Anyway, it is good option for a very short stay.

Room was very small for just one peerson. Not sure 2 people could manage in the room. Big step up to the bathroom. Finding hotel was difficult due to poor signage. Hotel occupies only one floor of this building.
