Lack of toiletry necessities. They won't provide shower towel, toothbrushes, or anything for hostel customer. Therefore be prepared to sleep in tinny room with 3 other stinky stranger. For the price,$--- USD or $--- in Taipei, go stay at any other hostel

Location convenient to public transport

The place smells of stale cigarette smoke.The hotel is on the 4th floor of a rundown building. In 5 days the cleaning involved changing towels, bedding every three days and an occasional sweep. Coffee cups were not washed at all.

Location good as many foods store and 7 eleven near by. The hotel near to the train station and shopping mall. The room nice and clean.

The lift lobby to hotel a bit dark and like run down. Bit scarry when at night time.

The bunk space and locker space is good and I would say there is enough privacy with the dark curtains + it’s mandatory to be silent in the rooms so that’s nice (maybe that’s normal but it’s my first experience in a shared dorm)

The mold. Sorry that is not acceptable. The staff was really nice and they changed my room but the whole room and bathroom system is so bad because there is no ventilation. There are no windows, only air conditioning and as the bathroom and toilet are isolated, all the water and moisture stays stuck and it obviously turns into mold. I could smell it when taking a shower, it was a strong mold/fungus smell.

Really well located, silent

Bedbug, everything was okay-ish, but there's some poor management decisions. They don't provide towels even if you are willing to pay for them, there's no soap in the restrooms, nor food in the vending machines.

Exceeded ny expectations. Nice rooms with black-out curtains around the beds (this is a gift in a hostel). Location was great with lots of cute cafes on street and close to metro. I liked the organized bag storage for pre-check-in holds.

Only issue was that there was only one mirror at the bathrooms for putting on makeup and drying hair. I do believe there might have been a private bathroom in the dorm (female only) that I somehow didn’t notice.

There was something very unpleasant stuck on the wall near the bed — it looked like dried mucus, which was quite disgusting. I really hope the cleaning staff can pay more attention to hygiene.The room itself was a bit dark, but the kitchen cabinets provided were spacious and practical. Each room came with its own bathroom and toilet, with separate wet and dry areas, which was a plus.

Location was good

Wifi was broken for 3 out of 4 days and they did nothing to fix it.Smelly pillowsRoom was not made up until quite late in the evening and we had to wait in the lobby as late as 6pm on a few days.

Staff was exceptionally nice and do their best to accommodate you to the best of their ability. For the price range and location, it was really convenient to snag such a deal.

Bathroom Facilities are shared which I didn't mind but I felt there weren't enough compared to the capacity of motel. Many times I had to wait at least 30mins for a shower to be available.

The room is very modern, bed space is comfortable. Upper bunk space is actually spacious as there are more than 5 feet of space.

No towels provided. You cannot rent them from this place either. The only option is to buy from 7-11, which is not far anyway. But best of that is listed

I liked a great bed, location and facilities. Breakfast was more than modest.

I could hear any slith sound from the door from the neighboring room.

2min walk to train station, clean and comfortable bed.

No cleaning of dormitory daily which means if you stay more than 2 days, the toilet and shower is not that clean when there are another 7 people sharing with you. Bring your own bathroom slippers this is very important.

About water, seating is ok

They do not have towel. I understand but they didn’t provide it for rent or buy. So it is not full facilities

It was actually really nice! The bathrooms were so clean and they had heated toilet seats! And the common room had a really nice view! The best thing was that I could walk back from the New Year's eve party at the 101 Tower (I looked at the queue waiting for the metro ? it was so long!!)

The WiFi wasn't good. It didn't matter for me because I had data, but for digital nomads and long term travellers that would be annoying

Nice beds

The plug is by your feet in the room, stains on the bed sheet. Bathroom is completely dirty with no hand soap. The Wi-Fi is so slow and doesn’t work in lobby. There card machine doesn’t work as well

Overall, it is a perfect facility. All The friendly staffs, cleaning, city transportation and location, safety, etc. all conditions were perfect for me.

The sofas in the dining room and waiting room must need to be clean.

No Shampoo, washing liquid, soap.

Plenty bathrooms, spacious

You have to crawl into your bed, I never use TV, it takes extra space, staff with me at my checkin was no customer service attitude, I came two hours earlier hoping to get a lower bed and not too close to the door, I got the first bed next to the door, it feels like a punishment for being making a request, it seemed all checkin on 5 pm, the whole room’s bed can be arranged, but it is no one’s preference to be the first bed next to the door, so the one requested should be taught not to request at all, luckily I don’t need to come back to this place for the unpleasant experience, they are 6 stars hostel as they proudly acclaimed, they are careless my visiting anyway!

Shower! Hot water and water pressure was great!

You could feel the room was little moldy. Lamps and shelfs covered with dust.

Good place especially for the price.

The shared bathroom is quite large and shared by multiple dorm rooms, so you can get in without a card but you need your card to unlock the door back into your room. This means if you forget to bring your card with you, you can easily get locked in. When this happened to me in the middle of the night/early morning I had to call the front desk to come unlock the door for me (luckily there is a phone in the bathroom, clearly needed). Pretty inconvenient but otherwise perfectly decent accommodation.
